Everything has been great, there is a lady in management that really expresses true genuine care and that was something that really stood out to us. The only issues we are having is sometimes our loved one is not that thrilled with the meals.

My mom is doing really great. She loves the community. They have a special diet and they go out of their way to her. The community is clean and the staff is outstanding. She likes living here and everything here is perfect for her. We would recommend every aspect of this community to other families for the great care and the wonderful value.

We liked Park Senior Villas. Mom was generally unhappy being in ANY assisted living facility, but everyone there was very kind and dealt with her anger and confusion with understanding and compassion.

Independent Living

If you desire the convenience of having your chores managed while living the way you wish, you might consider the option of independent living. Seniors can continue to use their free time as they desire while their meals are cooked by a professionall chef, housekeeping and laundry duties are taken care of by staff, and social activities are scheduled and organized. Along with their daily needs being met, residents can enjoy the opportunity to live among peers, in a community with others of similar ages and interests. Typically comprised of a private living space and a full kitchen, these communities offer homes with many of the amenities of apartment life but with none of the hassle. Guests can be invited over and entertained, and there will be more time to spend with them with the basic maintenance of daily tasks out of the way. While policies vary between communities, numerous residences allow pets as well. If residents decide they would like to employ the services of private medical providers, they always have the option. There are a variety of advantages and costs to balance while choosing an independent living community. It is important to figure out if these amenities are covered in the service plan: move-in fee, parking, laundry, housekeeping, wellness program, transportation, internet access, and meals. The benefits associated with independent living include restaurant-style dining hall, laundry service, healthcare center, transportation, beauty salon & barber shop, security guards, golf course, and fitness center & swimming pool.
