The caregiver is from our neighborhood and she does an okay job. She always tries to do her best. The woman who is head of scheduling wills stop in just to say hi. I haven't had to call them about any issues or anything. I would recommend them to others.

The only downfall is that there was a lack of help when someone would call in sick. They didn't have a back up plan and would leave me with no caregiver at times.
