They do a good job of really trying to match your needs to the particular caregiver that they send. So that's been good for us. We're probably at the lowest tier of care right now. We're using them more for companion services than specialized. I wanted to have a rapport with the company already established when the time comes that we need more services. And in that regard they've been great. Whenever I call, they're very friendly. It's a dance, and when little things come up, sometimes it's them, sometimes it's us. The cost is a bit much, but they're a great company. There is a $500 cancellation fee if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice (example for hospitalization), but they have a business to run and I understand that. They're very reliable. They also have an online portal where you can see who your care provider is going to be and communicate with them. They're always available. I haven't had any issues.
