The owner was amazing as well as the director. We had one caregiver that got to comfortable and sat on her phone all day and didn't engage or care for my mom. I had cameras so I knew what was going on. I notified the owner immediately and within a couple of hours that caregiver was gone. They were amazing. After that caregiver was gone I requested another one that was my favorite. She took amazing care of my mom and engaged with her all day. I never had to check my cameras because of the trust I had in her. The owner worked really hard to get the caregiver I wanted with my mom even with her busy schedule. If I had an issue, it was addressed immediately. I would highly recommend them!!... Read more

Activities - I would like to hear from the care givers suggestions that they can share or do with my husband. With their experience, I thought they could give ideas and if I could purchase something, that would be nice. Especially during the winter months. This summer was pretty easy as he and the caregiver would go for walks, play pool, or corn hole game. Value for cost - there doesn't seem to be a consistency in charges. I was told for 3 hrs it would be [fee removed] equaling [fee removed] . I was okay with that. I later learned for 3 1/2 hrs it would be [fee removed] equaling [fee removed]. I am okay with that. Overall, I like Talem, and so does my husband who's being cared for. We really liked Sherry who was coming for a brief while but she's going elsewhere so we were disappointed. I would like some clarification of the various charges.

What our family likes the most about the Talem Home Care is the staff, they were very kind to us. We are no longer using their services as our loved one passed away 2 weeks ago. However based on the experience we had, we would recommend this home care to other families.

This program has been a lifesaver in the sense that I am able to provide for my lively hood and my home without having to worry about my loved ones and there state of well being this is a helpful service
