[Name removed], a Touching Hearts senior care professional, was just the care giver I was looking for . While out of town , I needed someone to check in on my husband who had been dealing with some health issues . [Name removed] was prompt, compassionate and sensitive to our needs and he and my husband became good friends . My husband looked forward to his visit . I knew things were ok and this relieved me of some worry ... I would highly recommend Touching Hearts and will definitely use them again !

We are no longer using the home care due to some issues and needing more care. To improve the next experience their staff could be trained better and gain more consistency in their staff.

Husband really liked them, very helpful caregivers, kept husband active. The main concern was that some of the food in the refrigerator was not consistent with his dietary needs. He may have requested those items but I count on the care givers to adhere to his dietary restrictions.
