I like how clean the facility is. They are prompt with medications. The food could be a little better as far as specific diets for patients. Also when I brought food in the other day to eat with my family member, I was instructed we had to eat outside, which I thought was strange. I think there could be a little more activities, maybe some walking instead of in-place aerobics. But other than that, we're happy with [name removed] and with the head nurse. Everyone has been very good and very prompt. When my family member had a fall, they took appropriate and timely action. And I've been very happy with their service overall.
My loved one is doing well and likes it there. Overall the staff are good and we're satisfied. They do a good job of trying to keep people engaged with good activities. Overall it's a friendly, good environment to live in. I never give 5s (I think there's always room for improvement). But they're doing a good job with everything.

They do everything well here. They pay special attention to every single one of the residents. They have intellectually stimulating games available to the residents as well, which is very engaging. My mother is in better shape now than I have seen her in the last two years. She is always clean, they have done great with accommodating for her diet, and they did a great job protecting the residents from the Covid-19 pandemic. The administrative staff is also great. When we first admitted my mother, she was in the hospital and unable to live independently. After living with me for a short time, we looked around and found A Place for Mom who pointed us to Whitney Place. After a second short hospital stay, one of the staff visited the hospital where my mother was personally to assess her situation. I love it over there at Whitney Place and I can't imagine any better place.

The staff at Tapestry don't seem experienced in dementia care. They don't engage with visitors, and it is difficult to get answers to questions.

While trying to find a place for myself I looked for assistance from A Place for Mom and they were extremely helpful. They recommended this location and it worked out perfectly. I am very grateful and pleased to be here. It was a good move. Their staff is very helpful, like any place, and I would recommend this place to others depending on their needs. This place is not perfect, but no place is and no place will be. However, I am pleased with everything. People here are very considerate and caring, the food is good with many options to choose from, and I could tell anyone that they could be really happy here. I would certainly, from my perspective and from where I am, give them a 5. There are things that I struggle with at times, but it’s good for me to be challenged. There are things that you have to work out which is good to do so. Overall, the help here is better than good and there is much opportunities here.

I had recently had a tour of this place for my mom and I was pleased with the experience I had. The staff where all very kind and did a great job presenting the the community to my mother and I. The only thing I did not think would work for my mom was the structure of the building. There was lots of windy hallways and lots of turns that I know she would get lost in. I think that would freak her out with her memory loss.

I'm not sure if they are short staffed,I hired additional care because I wasn't satisfied with the care my mother was getting. We are still working out some issues, I was upset to find that they did not follow through with things this weekend. Otherwise the facility is awesome and they have lots of activities. There is always something going on and it gets her engaged. She went from being alone in her apartment to now joining in on all the social aspects of the community. She says the people are all very nice as well.
