I picked this community because, of pricing and proximity to the hospital. The food was always on time and good, per my loved one. Activities Director does the same thing each week. Bingo. Never saw them use the movie room, movie room seating isn't even comfortable for the elderly. I'd add music from the era's that most are from, have an old movie, soda shop, more art activities, scavenger hunts, brain games etc. put a piano in there for a resident who plays. There office needs a printer that works. We never received a printed copy of payments that were made.... Read more

Location is very clean, but the Manager is overwhelmed due to lack of support from corporate. The majority of the staff members hired are only there for paycheck. No empathy for the residents and not enough staff members on duty at night. Residents who need assistance are left waiting for hours for help due to shortage of employees. There are only a VERY FEW GREAT STAFF members working there who expressed leaving due to the work environment of others not doing their work. Also HIGHLY recommend to put a camera in the room to REALLY see whats happening to your love one. They charge too much for little service, all driven by the might dollar. The State was contacted and advised what transpired at the listed location.

They are understaffed. They promise you that you'll be well taken care of but it rarely happened. There was neglect. They'd ignore the residents requests. They'd pass the blame to other staff members instead of adequately handling issues themselves. It felt like being in The Stepford Wives movie, they'd say the right thing in a mechanical type way but their actions were different. The activities for the residents were pleasant. They could decorate the place very well. But overall, just a very bizarre experience.

My aunty just got discharged from this facility and my experience was wonderful. The nursing care my aunty got was great. I will recommend this facility to my love ones and anyone that is looking for a great facility with great nursing care and rehab.

Avoid this place. I am currently reporting this facility to the state to do an investigation and to make a complaint. My daughter is 21 and instead of letting her use a bed pan, they put her in a diaper on day one. When she would hit the call button to be changed, the nurse would come in and tell her she was getting a CNA. My daughter on average would get changed 2-3 hours later. She even sleep in feces over night because the nurse turned the call light off and the cna never came. When we complained about it, instead of fixing the issue, they just marked her as a problem patient. If you have a special diet good luck. 14 days in this facility and they got her food right on the last day. I took pictures of this every day also. Social Worker is a joke. I reported her also. She literally lied saying my daughter refused therapy. EVERY day I was on facetime with my daughter during therapy and took screen shots to send to family members.

Do not take There nursing staff is deplorable. It takes over a hour for a nurse to answer a patient request for assistance. A patient could die within that time. Calls to supervisors have gone unanswered. They have promised to resolve the problems, to no avail. This facility was recommended by Methodist Hospital to me for my wife. It is a new facility and I thought my wife would get the appropriate care. Boy was I wrong; and with the corona virus preventing me from seeing my wife this even increase the anxiety I have with the care my wife is receiving

My 93 year old dad entered VibraLife in late [date removed] for skilled nursing care after he lost the use of his legs. This facility is operated in association with Memorial Hermann. The rehab facilities are wonderful, Dad quickly improved, and was soon using a walker. On [date removed] he made the decision to move to the assisted living side. The facility is modern, open and airy, clean, with high ceilings, and perfect for taking walks inside during inclement weather. Rooms are large, airy, with kitchenettes in most rooms, and with large private bathrooms. He loves the food and notes that the staff works hard to quickly address issues when he occasionally observes something that is less than perfect. VibraLife provides transportation for medical appointments, offers trips to various restaurants and/or shopping excursions several times a month, and brings in entertainers for special events. Daily activities are offered. He particularly loves the care providers in the facility and our family has developed wonderful relationships with them. Dad is a WWII (101st airborne) combat veteran and has made friends with others in the facility. He is quite social and likes the fact that there is a continual influx of new people arriving on the rehab side. At this time, Assisted Living is about half full. There are several care plans available, with pricing according to need. Dad has approved this review and he will be happy to describe his experience to interested folks.

The location is wonderful. Office Staff is a little slow getting to information to family. The Nursing Staff is a problem. Wards are ignored when they use the call button ( I was there when a woman had pushed the button and it stayed on for 68 minutes. ) My family member isn't the best of patients but was ignored many times and I had to help give him a bath several times because the staff wouldn't or for whatever reason. Medicines were always late. Beds were not changed in a timely manner. Food was tolerable. I can understand that this kind of facility is overwhelming, but they could be a bit more sincere with the Wards. I hope I never have to use them for future rehab.
