When dad moved in here he truly moved home. The entire staff are caring, friendly, professional. They got to know our dad very quickly, he is still amazed when he walks down the hall and people call him by name. Our entire family feels at home here. The staff works diligently to provide continuity for residents, to retain staff, to provide lots of social options. No place is perfect, don’t expect that. But the Waters staff is responsive and solves problems when the need arises. Dad is extremely happy to be here and his physical and emotional health has improved since he moved in just three months ago.... Read more

The Waters on 50th is a good place, and we have had a good experience with assisted living there. The setting is beautiful. And my husband feels very comfortable there.

The Waters is poorly staffed and managed. Every holiday weekend, I have to spend enduring that my parent is getting cared for. There is little staff in place and often times the staff comes from an outside agency. I have filed one complaint with the department of health and will be filing a second one.

Great tour, the place was a bit smaller than what my loved one liked.
I knew when I walked in the door that this was the perfect place for my mother! It looks like a warm and inviting 5-star hotel, with beautiful decor and lots of natural light. But, the deciding factor for me was the people! The staff is friendly and caring, and definitely "called" to their jobs! There are lots of activities and outings, and all of the residents seem to look forward to them all. Lastly, you can't beat the location. Wow! 50th and France right our your door! Once I spent some time here, there was no reason to look elsewhere -- I had found her home!!
