This is a very friendly community. They are very willing to help at this community when asked and I am very satisfied with the services that we are receiving for my loved one. The staff seem to be well versed in what they do and they do it well. I have seen activities like bingo and crafts and more for the residents to do to stay busy in the community.

Overall it is a good community, but it seem that some things fall through the cracks. It doesn't seem to be managed as efficiently as possible. The medical supplies and care could be improved upon. My loved one doesn't care for the food. The food doesn't look healthy, good, or appealing. I wish there were more healthy options for the residents to choose from. The activities are okay. Most days there is something for the residents to choose from. It seems there could be more outings for the residents to go to such as shopping and eating. This was stopped I believe due to the pandemic.

My loved one likes it. I wish I had made this move 3 or 4 years ago. Within 30 days of moving there she gets her hair done, she is in the dining room smiling and enjoying life. A complete turn around from the place she had been to before. They have quicker follow up and contacted us back within 15 minutes when we were inquiring about services. The only negative is the phone system needs some attendance. Messages get lost after I leave them regarding appointments, etc.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the outdoor space they had for the residents to sit around, but the rooms were just to small.
The sales manager who we dealt with on our initial tour was very friendly. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with our loved ones transition.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank all of the wonderful people who cares for my mother during her stay there. We felt at ease knowing my mom was cared for when we could not be there with her. The food was excellent and available 24/7. I highly recommend The Waterford to care for your loved one. Again the staff at the Waterford was very caring and helped when any problems arose. Thank you [name removed] and [name removed].
Mother has lived here since 2007. She is now 102 years young. The staff has always been courteous, professional, and willing to help. However, the current staff is outstanding...from the receptionist to the servers, medical staff, - too many to mention. Our family is grateful that these people are caring for our mother.

Carpenters Creek is a good ILF/ALF that I would recommend to potential residents in the Pensacola area. The building is clean, staff pleasant and caring, and residents are kind. There is a nice variety of activities for the residents to take part in each day. The residents I have spoken to are happy to be at Carpenters Creek.
The nurses at Carpenter's Creek are very caring and concerned. They take great care of my father. Most everyone of the aids do a wonderful job in taking care of him. The food is good and nutritious. The facilities are very clean and well taken care of. It is a good facility.
Right when we first walked into The Waterford it immediately had a homey atmosphere to it, it is smaller and everyone there is so friendly. Our loved one has fit right in and has improved dramatically since moving in. The community is very close in location to us, and she is very happy with the meals and dining.

I am out of town often and I always feel very confident about leaving my mom at the Waterford. They communicate well in any situation and that's most important to me.
The Waterford has exceeded my expectations in a living community for my father. The staff is always friendly and professional. I am greeted each time I visit by[name removed] at the front desk and she always has a smile and friendly conversation for me. From housekeeping, nursing, dining room staff to administration this community is the perfect place for my father.
We tried assisted living for my mother to give her some independence with her own space. wanted her to be around people her own age. My sister and I have been caring for her. She was staying with me 2wks then my sister 2wks for the past 4 years. She was starting to decline mentally. she now is taking part in activities which the facility provides. She is now getting her hair styled and putting on earrings. so I'd have to say this has been a great change for her.
A wonderful and friendly place to have our loved one reside in. We believe she is well cared for and we feel welcomed when we come to visit her! we have even had some help her with the kitty litter (which is above and beyond)!
My parents have been residents at Carpenter's Creek for nine months. They are both in their 90,s. I visit them every day and have come to know many of the staff at the facility. I am very impressed with the kindness shown not only to my parents, but all the residents, and all visitors. I have never seen anything less then true professional behavior all down the line from the top to the housekeepers. I am really pleased with [name removed], at the front desk, [name removed]who just moved her even closer to the main door; [name removed], who keeps the building hopping; and so many more.
