Overall everything is pretty good. Occasionally they are short staffed and it takes a long time to get meals dispersed for meds. But everybody seems to try to make it feel lively and fun. There's always activities. It's definitely better than some other facilities I had seen in the area. If they had more full-time staff I would give it a five out of five... Read more

The Villages of Rosemont went above and beyond with helping our mother when she was a resident here. The staff was very friendly: from housekeeping, food service and nursing. The move in process was very smooth. The only problem was that they were transitioning to a new manager. I ate a fish dinner for only $5.00 and it was delicious. We would highly recommend The Villages of Rosemont to others. Our mother passed and they were very kind during the process.

It smells bad, some of the staff are really kind- especially the kitchen people. Nurses are aloof, takes more than an hour to get meds. Director is never in the building. Nothing is done proactively. Activities are minimal.

Less expensive, and they had staff accordingly but decided to with home care services.
We went for a tour at this community and they had us just sitting there and we could not get in. The manager on duty was not responding and told us to wait. we waited for over 20 mins and seemed like they were just not getting to us. She seemed to be to busy and if that was the first impression we did not want to run into another situation where they were to busy to help my loved one. No one else came to help her out and we just knew it was not the right place.
This community was okay and the person who did the tour was great. There was just another community that worked better for my loved one and was smaller.
