The Village at Pine Valley

I brought my mom here about a year ago and she would never stop talking about how amazing the staff was and how they were very supportive! I can never thank them enough for the care they gave my mom! Caring for her right until the end!

BrightStar Senior Living is one of the best assisted living’s I have been into. Walking in you see how beautiful the decor is and how nice things are set up. This building is fully staffed with good workers who truly and surly care for the residents.

The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. I had a wonderful experience, every thing was of top standard, the decor throughout was lovely. I had a great time at BrightStar Senior Living of Fort Wayne.

I have worked along side BrightStar Senior Living for over 6months with hospice, dementia and assisted living residents. This is the best place I have worked at. The staff care about the residents and provide best care. Staff treat the residents as if they were family and residents eat home cooked meals. They provide dignity and support to patients. Perfect place for your loved one needing additional care. :)

One thing I can say above else is how much this facility LOVES their residents. The staff treats the residents just like family and it is so heart warming. The care, kindness, compassion, respect and dignity they show to your love ones is above anything I’ve ever seen! The activities they host are loads of fun and a great way to develop new hobbies and interests. They go above and beyond to keep the residents safe, happy and entertained! They offer activities that I have never seen before nor would have ever thought to do and it’s AMAZING. They go above and beyond to make sure your loved ones are always being offered something to keep them busy and happy, helping them develop new ways to connect with with other residents there and develop new friendships! You can tell how much the residents love the activities and are always excited for the next one! If I could give BrightStar a higher rating I would! Hands down the best facility ever!

Senior Living is not only a tough transition for the family, but it's also hard finding the community that fits mom or dad's needs. Is there activities for them to do? Is the food good? Is the staff nice? Here at Brightstar these questions are reassured right in front of your face. From the moment you walk in, staff is so bubbly and friendly. Almost everytime I come to the community, there's some fun activity going on in the common areas. From live music to happy hour, even UNO! The residents seem far from bored. I love how small this building is as well, it makes it all the better. Everyone knows everyone. This facility is always clean and smells great. The food is made from scratch and there are a minimum of 6 activities per day! (WOW)

Brightstar Senior Living not only does activities, but they go above and beyond to center the activities to their residents wants and needs. This community is very close knitted & everyone is always on the same page. It seems like every time I come in, there’s something awesome going on. Just today there was a 2 person band with a violin. They served wine as they preformed and it was just awesome! I heard they’re also going to Ribfest this month and The residents are very excited. Overall you can tell this place is better than the rest from the second you walk in the door.

I came for a tour, with my grandparents. When i got to the facility there was a reptile exhibit with different reptiles from around the world.. I could see the joy in the residents as they got to touch each animal and hold it if they wanted. it was a really cool way to connect with the residents there and to be able to see the activity level that is undergone by brightstar. Very fun time!

Brightstar sets itself apart from the rest simply by setting the bar high. What an amazing experience to find luxury in a small town like Fort Wayne. Staff and management genuinely care for families and offer a unique approach to senior living!

So many personal touches coming out of this kitchen. The Director has taken time to get to know each resident as well as there preferred meals. Great food with a personal touch.

The food at brightstar senior living is above par, it’s 5 star dining for sure! The meals the kitchen cooks are amazingly prepared! Smells fantastic and looks beautiful and tastes even better! If i could give them above 5 stars i would!

The management and staff are superb! Its been a blessing to have the Brightstar family integrated into my family and work life.

BrightStar of Fort Wayne is a new facility that tries to make everyone feel at home. It is one price for all of the services which makes planning much easier. The staff are always willing to talk and help with any problems we may have.

I love BrightStar. I've gotten to know the staff at bright star and they go out of their way to be helpful and to send me pictures and to keep me up to date on what my mom is doing and how she is doing and what she is participating in with her Alzheimer's limitations. They're all very loving to her and take their time with her and she seems very happy there which is the most important thing to me.

This place LOOKS FABULOUS!!! However, things were very different after hours, demeanors changed, and the major concern I had was there was never a clear line of communication for the residents. I have personally attempted to follow a chain of command, with no results. The bedside manner could be much better from management, there wasn’t much interaction between leadership and residents, which was also concerning.

The BrightStar Senior Living is a newer facility which we really enjoyed. It is very clean, never dirty and well taken care of. It felt very homey, and based on the experience with the community we would recommend to other families

I would tell others to check this community out. They are a small community. They try their best to serve the residents and families. The food is always hot and they try to serve the residents needs.
