The Tradition is a warm and friendly place. Four years ago, after my mother passed, my father moved into The Tradition on Prestonwood, so that he would not get lonely. The beautiful décor, excellent meals, and friendly company of fellow residents gave him a wonderful home for his last years. I appreciate everything that the staff does to help, the lovely events that are held, and all of the available extra activities and outings. My wife and I are pleased with the services provided by The Tradition. The management consists of trained and experienced professionals. The food service is excellent. Food quality is consistently very good. Activities and entertainemnt are exceptional.

Excellent clean and good food. I have lived here for 6 years and have nothing to complain about. Staff is very kind and stable employment.
From our first visit with [name removed], everything has been handled efficiency and with warmth and care. [name removed] was fantastic in helping with our move. She has continued to be actively supportive. All the services are excellent; from maintenance and housekeeping. We've love it here. It was the right move for us.
I just had my 4th anniversary here, and cannot say enough about our wonderful community! We get marvelous kindness, and service and entertainment and recreational opportunities, and especially extra special care and friendships! Our leaders are all outstanding, and we are so appreciative.
No skilled nursing. Discussed evacuation with firewalls in stairwells so multi-story facility is not as scary. Only met with sales lady, not a nurse. Parking a major issue!! Courtyard disappointing. Food taste, choice and portion-size good.

The Tradition was full of promises and very short on delivery. My parents moved in there into Assisted Living in February and are now leaving in September. They have had a revolving door in terms of staff, medical director, and associated consulting physicians. Our car was [Removed](and luckily later recovered) by a Tradition employee. Overall, they are not organized and their care team gets about a 49%. There are a few diamonds in the rough but this place is trading on a well-decorated lobby, a polished initial sales team and a activities director who barely answers an email. It's all about new sales for them. Their daily "activities" are a joke and their food is about a 6.5.

This is a nice community for care. The community is clean and maintained. We are happy with the staff that is always caring. The menu is appealing with healthy choices. The menu if very good and she is happy with the menu. I am happy to see that she is involved with the activities. We would recommend this community for good care and a good value for others

After visiting several places, traditions seemed like the right fit. We were greeted everywhere we were shown. Staff was knowledgeable when questions arose. Spaces were Bright and clean. We felt a sense of peace that mom was taken care of when moving in.
