They are not organized and they don't appear to have any knowledge of how to run this community. Very unsatisfactory!! We picked this community because of the location and it seems nice. They have raised my moms monthly rent 3 times in a year.

The staff treats each individual resident as if they are their own family. The room sizes in assisted living are good. They offer a wide variety of different activities on site for the residents. I would highly recommend The Manor of Benton to others.

The Manor of Benton provides the highest level of care for all residents. Everyone on staff have a unique heartfelt care for each person entrusted as resident...alongside highly skilled and wise nurses. Warm, friendly, clean and peaceful. 10 out of 10!

There is no complaints about the food. We picked this community because, of the convient location to my home and it was really nice. My loved one participates in an exercise class. They also offer other activities such as; gospel singing, bible study, bingo and card games. I would recommend to other families. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to.

I think the housekeeping could use improvement and they could clean the rooms better than they are doing at the moment, I have to clean when I go in. A lot of times my loved one is out of toilet paper or bags and that is something that they said they would be providing. The laundry could stand to be done more than once a week. They are very attentive and on top of things, but I do not think they check on my loved one every 2 hours like they said that they should be. They are getting my loved one to the dining room and they come to get her for that. The CNAs who have been in there and working with my loved one have been great and so sweet. Overall the experience has been pretty good and we are still in the transition period, there are just things that they could use improvements on.
The Manor is the third facility that my Mom has lived in and by far the best. The level of care for my mother's physical and mental needs is much better than we have ever experienced. The nurses are proactive to communicate to my mother's physician and recommend action when necessary. They have encouraged my mother to participate in the numerous activities they have each week. They do an excellent job of communicating with me on anything that can improve my mother's quality of life. They have an excellent facility and I highly recommend The Manor! They are absolutely the best in Little Rock.

IT appears to be a very nice place, but will not allow pets. My sister has a kitten and will be unwilling to give it up.

One of the main reasons we chose The Manor for our mom was the caring atmosphere and friendly staff. From the first moment we walked in the doors, everyone made us feel completely welcome. This attitude has continued now that mom has moved in. She says everyone treats her like family, and the food is good ?? My sisters and I are so comforted knowing that mom is being taken care of well, gets her medicine correctly and is eating good, balanced meals.

As my mom's health and memory deteriorated so did her care at The Manor. She needed a lot of help and assistance which she did not get because they said when they asked her if they could help her, wash her clothes, clean her room, pull her trash or assist her - she was uncooperative and "refused care." We have since moved her to a new facility and she is consistently clean and dry with clean clothes on, her room is clean, and she never smells, nor does her room because they pull her dirty laundry and trash out of her room, and I have not heard once that she is uncooperative, "the problem" or that she refuses care. If you or your loved one are just looking for senior living, this may be a fine place for you, but if you need true assisted care - keep looking.

My husband and I toured this community and it was really nice and clean. The staff were helpful and answered all our questions. The had a smaller room that was cute. But it was just not in our price range so we chose another community.

My Mother has been here for several months and she just loves it! They take great care of her! I have nothing but GREAT things to say. Food is good, apartments are nice. Mom is in a wheelchair and the apartment she is in is wheelchair accessible. They have plenty of activities for the residents! Highly recommend!!

We are very satisfied with my mother's move to this community. She is doing very well, and they are taking very good care of her, and her needs. This is a good, safe community with a lovely staff. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this community. All is well for us at this community, and I would recommend it.

I had taken a tour of this community before it was even open and it was gorgeous. It was defiantly one of my top choices out of all the different properties I had taken a look at. I did think the rooms where a little small and where not as spacious as I would have liked them to be. The lady that I was speaking with also seemed very excited about all of the staff that she was bringing in and said they where all very promising employees.
