I would not and will not recommend Fox Ridge to others. What we were told in the assessment meeting, is not the same in actuality. They are sometimes very slow to answer the call button that residents get, if at all. They have a resident check out & check in process, yet apparently there is no process to make sure all pertinent staff are aware of which residents are out & which residents are back in the building. The housekeeping of resident's rooms is very lacking. The food is okay most of the time, but sometimes it is cold or dry. You can ask 2 different nurses the same question and yet you'll get 2 different answers. They are very short staffed. When nurses are passing out meds, there's no one in the nurses station to answer calls!

The other two reviews listed are not for this location or facility. It is not in Peachtree City. It does not have a pool and is only one level. My parent has been there for a few years and the level of communication and service has fluxucated over the years. Before it was owned by a corporation, the staff seemed to care more. COVID aside, which they handled very well, the lack of staff and communication is frustrating. I am not sure why the overturn of staff is so high, but there are good staff members. There just needs to be more and more like them. Their hiring practices are questionable. There was a cook/head of the kitchen that no one, staff or residents, liked or could get along with. After he finally left, they (different management) hired him back a few years later. After all my complaints, I was livid. This man threatened residents and messed with food. Hopefully, they finally get the new pharmacy integrated because that has been an issue off and on.

Here's the positive : No high entrance fee. Month to month lease of apartments. Located in pleasant Peachtree city Clean, large accessible pool. Sounds like staff will work with residents to meet individual needs. Negatives : Small campus. Not sure security is adequate, although being informed they've never had an incident. I think electrical power should be covered in the rent money. The monthly rent is comparable to other senior living facilities which do cover electricity in the rent.

The Fox Ridge was a nice community. The place was clean and maintained well. The staff were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions during my tour. The only thing I did not like about the community was that they did not have any rooms available on the first floor. They have both independent and assisted living available here and they allow the independent living residents to live on the first floor. In my opinion, they should have the first floor for just the assisted living residents.

A Place for Mom has scored Fox Ridge Bryant 5.7 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
