The directors and staff at The Harbor are phenomenal! The door is always open (unless with a family registration or something they want to bring up) and they are eager to hear how to make transitions or improvements. The facility is clean and and nurses/aides are always available to help or get answers for family members. What I love about The Harbor is that it's a small facility and almost one on one care or availability to help. The dining area is large enough for those that are in wheelchairs to move around. It's a 24/7, so after hours family members can still get through. The Harbor has had a bit of issues on getting a menu for the residents. Hopefully now that they have hired a new cook that issue will be taken care of. They host family and friends activities, so we are always involved. They also have a podiatrist and a dentist that come around, so the residents don't have to leave the facility for those services. Makes it very nice and convenient, especially with our weather changes. The only thing they need is an optometrist and a hearing doctor. I may ask Santa for those two doctors! This is my second placement for my mom and she is very comfortable. It's a bit pricey, but I guess there's other places that are a lot more expensive.... Read more

This is a new assisted living facility in Pearland but has some very experienced people heading it up. They take care of the residents very well, and the beautiful surroundings are an added plus. I highly recommend.

The Harbor Assisted Living is by far the premier Assisted Living community in Pearland. [name removed] and staff provide the best care for their residents. The food is good, activities are engaging, and events are so much fun. I strongly recommend The Harbor to anyone looking for Assisted Living in the Pearland area.

We toured The Harbor Assisted Living during our search for an Assisted Living facility for my mother. This facility was small. The tour was disorganized and the staff did not know that I was coming. There was no parking available. I didn't like the location of the facility. Also, the resident rooms were small and shared.
