Need to know: 1. $[price removed] enrollment fee non refundable 2. If your person dies you are charged for the entire month and possibly the next month...unless you give them 30 days written notice. 3. For the most part the aides are friendly and do the best they can with the skills they know but I think they could be better in their skills and knowledge. 4. I know there is a ratio of workers to residents. I always felt they were short staffed. Having an extra person on hand goes a long way. 5. I was there almost 24/7. I felt like the aides weren't checking on the residents as often as they should especially the bed ridden residents. 6. I will say in our situation with my husband's illness they were very accommodating for us. They let me come and go as I pleased and I pretty much took care of him while I was there. At. Night if I wasn't there, they called me when he was having a rough time. 7. Sometimes the communication wasn't good...with shift change. I never knew what his night was like. My husband had brain cancer so I needed to know daily if anything changed...in my absence. Example...he would have a bruise on his face because he tried to get out of bed and fell. I had to ask how he got the bruise. Or he cried all night. 8. Aides were over worked and under paid. I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, if they work out some of their kinks I think it would be a great place. I would do it all over again but some things have to change. Place is super clean with not so many residents and that's why I chose to take my husband there.... Read more

Response from Precisive Care I and II
November 4, 2024Thank you for the review. The contractual agreement is a very standard agreement: community fee upon admission (x1, nonrefundable), all-inclusive rent rate due the first of each month, 30-day notice for voluntary move-out, no refunds for death or voluntary move-outs. Our direct hands-on staffing ratio is 1:8 for day and night shifts. Caregivers are available 24/7. Residents have call buttons are buzz for assistance as needed. As a step more, we commit to hourly visibility rounds and every 2 hour incontinent checks. We encourage residents to come out to the community areas versus staying in their rooms. This is an assisted living model that aligns with state licensure. However, for those residents who need more, we work with families/friends to provide alternatives to meet those needs. Again, thank you for your feedback. Its always a pleasure!
I toured Precisive Care 1 and 2 and was totally impressed by the professional experience with the owner and staff. The beautiful way its decorated felt like home. Also how clean the place was. This is definitely a 5 star facility for a mom and dad to be safely cared for and receive Godly love.

Response from Precisive Care I and II
April 18, 2024Your feedback is very appreciated! We have systemic protocols in place to assure a professionally clean and serene atmosphere. It is a commitment that we stand by. We want everyone to feel warm and like family. Thank you for taking time to share your experience.
I was connected with [name removed] and Precisive Care through an agency when I needed to move my dad to our 4th care home. I have experienced multiple care homes so I feel like I have good perspective on the topic when I say I love this place. Administration at other care homes have been slow to reply and so much less involved than [name removed], she and her facility have just made the world of difference in this chapter of my dad’s life . We have a single room which came furnished with a hospital bed, chairs, TV, and small dresser. The facility is insanely clean and decorated beautifully. We have experienced other care homes that are dull and depressing and this place is neither of those. We have loved our experience and have nothing but good things to say.

A Place for Mom has scored Precisive Care I and II 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
