My first impression was that they were ready to help. My mother said there was one aide that has been very good to her but the aides can always improve. The appearance is very good, and the exercise room is very clean, but they do a very poor job of cleaning the rooms.

The staff is the best. Some of the nursing staff is nice and some are just too busy. They can't handle all of the patients. They are doing a good job, but they need more staff.

My loved one is really having a tough time there. She doesn't have an appetite and what she wants to eat, they don't have it available. She is having a hard time communicating with them and they rarely have a translator on call.

The social worker did her best to facilitate things. Nobody was discourteous but my mom's experience was not as great. I had to reach out all the time to get information.

I feel like it's very in tune with the needs of the population they're dealing with. There's not a lot of restrictions and they make sure they're comfortable. The response time is less than a second when I or my mom need something. The three nurses that I dealt with have been thorough in their explanation, their research, and care. They're just genuine. Everybody I've seen walking around has been friendly and excellent. Food delivery has been less than excellent, however. It's super clean and it doesn't smell like a nursing home. They're always cleaning, the floor is always clean, and they change the bedding daily. Communication from the nurses has been outstanding!

My dad is always informed. When I have had an issue, it is taken care of right away. I think they need more help, but I am very happy with the whole thing and so is he! Everybody is friendly and my dad's aide is excellent! It is very clean and it doesn't smell bad. There is always someone cleaning. He likes the meals but he just doesn't like the coffee. We had one meeting but I would like to know more than once every two weeks.

The social worker is absolutely fabulous! I have a few issues with communication. Especially with the doctor because of paperwork. However, this is where the social worker did such a great job. My loved one does not like the meals.

Overall, our experience went well. All the staff at the front desk are welcoming. There were some staff members who were very good with my loved one. The majority of the nursing staff is phenomenal, some have chosen the wrong profession. Some of the people need more training. They are very vocal with the communication. Her main complaint is the food. She says that it's very bland and not very edible. I think everything is Kosher, so there are certain things they don't offer there.

We have been there before and it is better this time. There is a new chef and the food is better. The therapy is excellent and that is why he is there. There is one aide who is a true gentleman and professional. He has a good work ethic.

My loved one is up and walking and has been making progress. They get her up and out of bed, they get her participating in things which we really like. For the most part, everyone is very friendly. When you need someone to come into the room they're a little slow. The only thing she did say is that she didn't think they were adhering to her restricted diet. They let me know they are monitoring her levels. It's very clean there and they are very good at communicating.

The therapists are very thorough and they pay tremendous attention to my mother. There are some staff members who really take their time and really make a difference for my mother. She has a very particular stomach and can't eat everything they bring her but they do try to find foods she can eat. They did the outside of the building and they probably should also renovate the inside. The director of rehab and her doctor, took time to explain to me what's going on with my mother. They are in constant communication with her and myself. That is very important to me and much appreciated that they're doing that, and doing it so well.

From what I know, my loved one seems to be getting therapy every day and is happy with it. The nursing staff has done a pretty good job, from what I see when I have visited and they really are friendly. I have seen a few of the meals when I have visited and to me, they look pretty good. The communication is fine but we have to kind of dig at times to get information.

Everything is going well but it was hard at first. Now my mom is good. My mom is really happy with the therapy. She said, "They are really helpful, they take care of me." The nurses are good and everything is good now! One nurse is absolutely really good. He is really kind, like his body language and he is really helpful. My mom doesn't like the food.
