My loved one was previously a resident at The Commons of Newtown. The move in process was easy and the staff communication was excellent. The staff was very responsive to any concerns or requests that my mom had - she was visiting my dad every day. The staff was also unfailingly kind and patient with my dad. He also responded to the activities and the community there. It was a great fit for him and a great relief to my mom. I would highly recommend The Commons of Newtown to others!

best experience, caring aides who work very hard... the best thing is the daily activities, each day a calendar of great activities including painting, music, etc. The outside is beautiful to sit and relax, nice furniture, and a huge pond. The dining room is delightful, as is all the surroundings. The care is personalized to their changing needs. Quaint surrounding, in beautiful Newtown.

Mom has been a resident of The Commons for two years now. She has enjoyed every day that she has been there! I feel comfort knowing that she is treated with love by all nursing and other staff with whom she has contact. Mom is kept as busy as she wants to be and is always doing new things. I am grateful for your community. I have always been able to get an answer to all of my questions promptly. When I visit, it is always a positive experience.

This is a really nice community but I do not know that I would permanently place anyone at this community. My loved one was here for respite care and the staff were really great. i just feel like they did not really push enough for her to get involved in anything but it could have been due to her being respite.
