Cannot say enough about the staff at the Bristal at North Hills. They all get to know both residents as well as families - not just their names but on a personal basis as well. My parents were so well taken care of and all their needs meet. Staff very friendly - always smiles and greetings to everyone. Great communication between staff and family members - my calls always returned promptly and they reached out to me keeping me updated. Plenty of activities, food plentiful and delicious, place spotless. My parents lived in the wellness area and then my mom in the memory care unit - everyone was so attentive and caring. I had peace of mind 24/7 knowing they were in such good hands.... Read more

The building is well maintained and the apartments are fairly spacious. The staff really seems to care and take pride in their work. They greet, schmooze, and engage the residents, and there are always activities and excursions for those who want to participate. Food services are probably their weakest "asset", but then again, I find it hard to believe any single place can always satisfy everyone day in and out. Mom has been there for a few years and management and staff have always been responsive to any issues or concerns we've had, and I know she is well cared for.

They are a brand new community. They were very good and the community was very lovely. Everything was good here I just didn't get the feeling like they were completely setup yet and not at full gear. The community is very nice and the staff was wonderful.
