The Atrium At Drum Hill

The community is clean and well organized, the staff are very friendly and very good with the residents, they are very attentive. He very much enjoys the meals and dining service, and really enjoys the activities. We are very happy with the value for cost it is excellent.

My mom lost her husband, my Dad, which they lived at another assisted living facility. She has many health issues, strokes which has left her with dementia, and Alzheimer's.. She was consumed with helping dad, not leaving her apartment and was quiet, not wanting to have conversation with anyone or participate in any activities. She wouldnt shower and fought us daily over the phone about taking her medication. At the Atrium Drum Hill Benchmark She leaves her room at 7am and comes back at 8pm. She is so busy with activities and care is nothing short of amazing. The moment she arrived ,welcomed with all her favorite things , The Atrium made happen for her! The employees, maintenance, and all the program directors have given my mom a life she has not had in such a long time. I cannot say enough about this facility and the director :-) So caring going out of her way to make anything she can happen for her residents. Give them a chance! Your loved one is truly in the best care !

We chose The Atrium at Drum Hill because we got a call from them and it sounded like a good program. I was taking him here for 6 months and then COVID hit so they stopped the services. It was a good program for us at the time.

I thought this was a wonderful place. Everyone was so happy and friendly when I went to visit my loved one everyday. The community has a lot of activities, more than any other place that I know of. The community would remember who I was and always said hi to me. I was able to stay and eat dinner with my loved one. My loved one enjoyed his time there.

My father is very happy here. He really likes how friendly and helpful the staff memebers are. The community is very clean. He is offered many activities. We would recommend this care for other families.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I looked at quite a few communities in the area and this one stood out to me as being very nice! The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them as being worth a look!

We've been very happy with our experience at The Atrium. The food is pretty good. I can't really think of anything that could be improved or done any better.

The facility is very clean, both the resident rooms and the common area. The staff is friendly and takes good care of the residents. My mother really likes the food and the staff will provide meals between meal times if residents miss meals for any reason. There are always a variety of activities going on that the residents can participate in.

Overall the staff and facility is great. It’s exactly what my cousin need. They are just GREAT!

they are offering physical and occupational therapy for Mom, rooms are beautiful and bright. all rooms off a central community area. They can provide crushed meds, feeding etch when Mom is having trouble. We are seriously considering this location.

Liked the people a lot. The facility was fine. My family liked it better than I did.
