The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. Quality of care rating is less than perfect because of the QUANTITY of it … (short staffed). Meals offer variety but occasionally over-cooked vegetables.. Activities are also varied but often spaced too close together time-wise so you don’t have a lot of time between them.

Very impressed with how well the staff is aware of the resident's needs, they seem to care about the residents well being and made sure they are at meals and if t not they do and get them. The staff knows my mom's name and always pleased to her and myself. I love that it is a small community.

Facility is extremely nice all-around. Two negatives, it's more expensive (over $[removed] a month), and almost zero parking..There's overflow parking across the street (down a ways) at a church. Considering the massive cost, they should absolutely get more parking spots, or at least make the staff park in the church parking lot.

We took a tour of Sunrise at Bon Air when searching for a facility for our loved one. The tour and facility were great! Our tour guide was very good. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. Great atmosphere! It just came down to cost and location for us/our decision on a facility.

I rate Sunrise at Bon Air as all being a five. My husband received great care there. They were also attentive to me. The staff are friendly and very compassionate. The facility was always clean. The staff was very attentive to my husband and his needs, which were many. The food was delicious. I know because I had several meals. I would not hesitate to recommend Sunrise at Bon Air to family and friends.

Sunrise was amazing. I had peace of mind and my father was thriving there. Wish I had moved him there sooner. My Dad passed in December. He was in memory care. They had activities every day. Musical guests, special meals, bingo, games, the list goes on and on. We would absolutely recommend Sunrise at Bon Air to other families based on the experience we had. Dad and I toured 8 or 9 different facilities and none made him feel at home except Sunrise. The layout is very home like and intimate. Food was great. Employees were wonderful.
