StoryPoint Prospect

I set up as a vendor for the bazaar. From the moment I arrived I was greeted, everyone was kind, friendly, and helpful. Staff help me clean up my area and load my car. It is a beautiful place. The residents were happy & engaged. Santa on the firetruck was awesome.

I was a vendor who set up for the holiday bizarre. From the time I walked in the staff was welcoming and the environment was fun and outgoing. I would be willing to place my mom here if the need arises.

Overall good. Only been here 4 weeks.

I, with my wife, have been here for 6 months. The care persons and the staff genuinely care about the residents! The overnight laundry staff is incompetent. The major need is more staff for housekeeping, dining room, and caregivers. Finally, this is a safe, secure, and caring, loving home for us.

Always a pleasant experience, Staff is friendly and so helpful. The atmosphere is ALIVE!!

I had not realized how much a community environment meant to my mother at her stage of Alzheimer's'/dementia. StoryPoint has exceeded expectations and moms life has returned to a level we the family are much happier with. Mom has a social life and gets to visit so many places and things. The Thanksgiving dinner was exceptional, it was a wonderful experience.

The executive director is OUTSTANDING in her care and attention to wants and needs of residents. She really cares about us and shows it. She organizes the dining service especially well. It is not the same without her - I am so happy to see her. She makes my day good!

The care that my ninety four year old dad received on the Memory Care unit was excellent. The staff was very caring. The food was excellent and delicious. The cost per month was very reasonable and the management staff was superb. Truly a home away from home!

My mother moved into this community about 18 months ago and in hindsight we have no regrets. Great facility with dedicated and caring staff. Were some glitches involving dining service earlier this year but they have made some noticeable changes and things have improved significantly. The Executive Director is personally involved with the residents and has gone above and beyond what should be expected in recent months after my mother was hospitalized and then in rehab. Highly recommend!

The move in process at StoryPoint Prospect was easy, as long as you go informed and aware. Memory care units are expensive and offer greater care, but not full time hands on that we all hope to not need. The staff were honest about what is available and the tour was a great showcase of real world situations. StoryPoint was super clean and the staff were excited to meet and engage with my loved one. He appeared to fit the environment and current milieu. He could also afford to self pay, so that makes a difference. To be honest, most Memory Care units met most of our criteria but their current mix of staff and residents was not on par for my loved one's more adventurous wandering self. Some other places may have also met our criteria, but visiting every home was not our goal. I would recommend StoryPoint Prospect to others.

Great care and good friendly people! Absolutely great experience! I would recommend. If needed,this is where I would go for care and comfort!

Overall, everyone is very pleasant and helpful to my mom. The facility is clean and well kept. However, for the cost, I think toilet paper and even depends should be included. The staff in memory care is awesome! [name removed] is the bomb we love them

Wonderful community located in the beautiful, safe and desirable Prospect area. The leadership in this community are making the overall resident experience one that can’t be beat in any other community. Residents and staff are happy, healthy and truly care for each other like family. There’s no question as to why this community is known as Louisville’s finest.

We had a wonderful tour! It is a beautiful community. The staff was all smiling and friendly.

My loved one is happy at Prospect. She is always participating in activities and going on field trips. The staff is always nice and the food always tastes great. I love coming to visit my loved one, because she is so happy.

Residents seemed content, pleased with the activities going on in community and enjoying them.
