The ED was surprised when I moved my mother out. She had changed apartments, but none of her belongings were moved with her (as I was told they would be). She lived in her new apartment for almost a month without her things. When I told this to the ED she was like "I thought it was all moved". I think that maybe she needs to get out of her office and see what is happening in her building. Maybe meet some of the Residents???

I toured this past weekend with a caregiver even though my tour was scheduled. Walking down the hass a mouse ran across the floor. I was told that even though they have completed the outside of the facility mice are still in the building. Then a resident came up asking for her meds thst were due at 2. My tour was at 3. Building was dirty as well. No actives we’re going on and there was no calendar to give me

It was horrible with ants and mice and aides that dropped bed bound people as witnessed by my private aide. They stole incontinence items daily from my loved one. They did this in front of my private aides. Run away from The Maples in Towson, MD.

The community is fantastic. It's an awesome environment. Beautiful and friendly. We picked this community because, of the location, atmosphere, memory care, minimal skilled nursing, decor, cleanliness, and it was a small facility. I would definitely recommend to others.

Seaton Townson has been a wonderful and super experience for our family. Our loved one has adjusted very well and has really took to the community like duck to water. Based on our experience we have had so far we would recommend the Seaton Townson community to other families.

At that time there were no diabetic menus offered. My partner always needed insulin because of food choices available. This did not happen in other facilities. Not enough night staff. If a fire would have happened it wouldn't have been discovered fast enough. The same with patient falls. Answering call lights for falls or any kind of help wasn't prompt at night. No dietary instruction for staff or patients. The fact that dietary was also doing patient laundry was concerning. Had to search for linen, if needed.

There was not a lot of residents and not a lot of activities here. I didn't feel like this was the right fit for my loved one.
I feel like this community was very sweet and kind with my mother. I like assisted living a lot better than I like the nursing home environment. I have already recommended this community and told them all about it and how great they are with my loved one. This wasn't home but it was the next best thing that I could do in this situation.

Our family had an in person tour and we really loved the Maples we wanted our loved one to move there, but convenience wise the rooms they had available were just to far away from the action. However it really is a different place, it reminded us of an old Victorian eclectic house that would belong in Cape May. It looked like a lot of fun, and like a neat vacation home. The residents we saw looked really happy, we saw them exercising. The dining hall is very cute, the building itself is very nice and definitely something I would consider myself for the future. Also the staff members we mean't with were so pleasant.
It was very easy working with them to get my mom placed in the community. The room sizes are excellent, and they offer several floor plans. I would recommend this community to others.

I really like this community for my mother's care. The community is clean and offers a good variety of great meals and activites that she is really happy. They provide everything for my mom, but a few small personal items for her care. This is a great family environment that we both enjoy.

My loved one and I are very pleased with this community. This is just a great community. The place is always kept clean and never any smells to it. The only thing that I would mention is that the food could be better. Other than that they made sure that my loved ones personal hygiene was great. They are all wonderful.

Our short experience here was wonderful. The staff are nice and welcoming. I did notice they could be a tad better on cleaning. When moving in I noticed blood on the curtain drapes and they told me they would change it. My mom enjoyed her meals here and she did participate in activities during her stay. Everything was wonderful!
