Prestige Way

The care that Prestige Way provides for its residents is top notch. The buildings are always clean and smell good. Food is great. The staff are always friendly and attentive to the residents needs. I highly recommend Prestige Way if your looking for a assisted living or memory care community.

Grandma always says the food here is amazing. When I come to visit it always smells like fresh cookies! Yum! It is great to visit here knowing everyone is cared for so well. The staff is kind and attentive. The cooks are friendly and always making something good. It is a great experience to visit here.

I had the opportunity to visit my aunt at Prestige way and was very impressed by how homelike the environment is. It's nice, but not flashy, the food smelled and looked good, and the staff were very friendly.

My brother lives at Prestige Way in Holt and I visit him every week. He is happy and loves the caring staff there. They have wonderful activities, home-cooked meals, and a great staff. It is a cozy and homey feel when you are there. Love Prestige Way!!!

Every department has been wonderful to work with. Admissions, the director, kitchen staff & everyone else promptly responds to any small concern. Truly love it’s a smaller facility & my mother doesn’t get lost in a place with larger community.

Prestige way is a very nice facility with good food kind staff and overall great place for a loved one. Has a variety of activities that engage the residents and like seeing how happy they are with all the pictures.

I visited this week to see my grandmother for the first time since she moved in and was so impressed with the staff at Prestige Way and how they treated her and myself as a guest. Everyone that I interacted with seemed so friendly and were happy to talk with me. I walked in as she was talking with a member of staff about how she can't wait for the next bingo session, since she is on a winning streak. They were laughing with her and wished her luck for the next game. It made me so happy to see such a genuine interaction. I visited near lunch time and got a peak at my grandmother's plate, and the food looked yummy to me. She told me that she actually really enjoys the food, especially dessert! Her room was quite large and seemed to be very nice, it was much nicer than the room she had at her previous care facility she lived in. I was so happy to see my grandmother in high spirits and I feel great about the people helping to take care of her day to day.

A family member of mine lives at Prestige Way and I lived out of state so it had been a long time since I seen them. The staff was super friendly, the place was clean, I arrived right before lunch time and the food being served looked good. All the other residents looked happy and it made my day knowing my loved one was in good hands.

I was excited to see the life enrichment gal providing activities which residents were engaged in. The staff was busy tending to the care needs of residents. This locations building was homy and comfortable.

This is the best assisted living home in the area. It’s so homey and comfortable, even for visitors. The decor really helps create a safe, welcoming environment and it’s clear the staff works hard to keep the facility clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. My loved one loves their caregivers like their own family, it’s clear they are very dedicated to the role they play in her life.

A friend of the family had to find a new living situation urgently. The marketing director at Prestige Way was instrumental in getting him moved in in just a few days and the transition was seamless. The staff at Prestige Way was exceptional in meeting my friend's needs and I would highly recommend this community.

Visited recently and loved the changes! [Name removed], the Director, is wonderful to work with. Can definitely see she has a passion for caring for the residents. The facility is very homey and welcoming!

My dad has been at Prestige for almost 1.5 years. My mom and I are very happy with the care he receives and most of all we like the small family oriented atmosphere. He enjoys the meals and extra portions are usually available if he wants them. The staff is friendly and caring. [Name removed], the manager of Prestige goes above and beyond!

The care staff is so compassionate. They treat all of their residents with such dignity and respect. The meals are all homemade and delicious! Of your looking for a place for you loved one I would check this place out!

After touring many places looking for a place for my mother we came across prestige way and knew we had found the right place the staff was so friendly and helpful. The Administrator and the Nurse spent over an hour just tryin to get to know my mother and myself it instantly felt like home. When it came to placing my mom everyone pitched in and helped it made us feel so welcomed. I couldnt speak highly enough about this facility.

The staff are kind and caring. Improvements have been made and the work speaks for itself. Management is always available for any needs that to be met. Great place!

What a change.. you can really see the love when you visit. I work with many communities. When I visit I am able to clearly see the commitment and time to make the place beautiful again. The Executive Director [Name removed] is always present. The nurse [Name removed] seems to have an attention for detail. My family and I appreciate their commitment.

I've worked in many assisted living facilities and this one feels like home as soon as you walk in. The environment is friendly and feels like family, instead of feeling institutionalized or too big to feel like home. The entire staff team does an incredible job and have grown so much with the new management company. Their hearts are really in it, and it shows in the care of the community members.
