Our tour at Parkside was great. The gentleman who gave the tour was very nice. We thought It was a beautiful facility and an ideal place for our loved one, so we put down a deposit and were excited to move in! When it turned out she couldn't move in due to a sudden decline in her health, they were really accommodating with the refund.
My sister absolutely loves living at Parkside of Livonia. All of the staff members and residents here are wonderful. The maintenance staff is great and if you have an issue they are very fast to respond and fix it. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for independent living.
It is a really nice place and it is in a great location. The activities are slowly starting to come back, they do a couple things a day like bingo. They have had no covid outbreaks so the community is wide open. Our loved ones apartment is nice.

It was recently bought by new management. I would like it to be more clean. Others would enjoy the community and it is peaceful. There are trips available for residents. They have a game room, and bingo room. The community is limiting the bingo room to 6 residents at a time.
The community is in a nice neighborhood and it's quiet. They run buses to shopping and banking. I would recommend this community to others

Everyone was very friendly and I felt like she was safe there. Anytime she needed anything she could stick her head out the door and they would be right there. They have an emergency cord to pull if there is an emergency. I would recommend this community

This is the safest, cleanest, friendliest community in the senior realm. Management listens and act accordingly. The community is pet friendly those with animals clean up after their little friends. Management and maintenance are friendly, professional and respectful. The residents call this home.

Parkside of Livonia, Michigan is a clean, bright and friendly facility. It's located on a side street, therefore it's a quiet environment. The apartments are beautiful and some have patios or balconies. There are a variety of activities schedule daily both on site and in the community. Transportation is also available. There is a library, fitness room, chapel/movie theater, laundry area, beauty salon and walking paths. We have an outstanding staff that we are free to communicate with and they follow up with our concerns. My dog and I have lived here for one year and couldn't be happier.

Parkside of Livonia is a beautiful community with friendly residents and a great staff! They have two buildings with tons of amenities like movie theaters, a salon, onsite doctors visits, laundry, meal delivery from a local restaurant and more. Plus, it's pet-friendly! I highly recommend Parkside of Livonia to anyone looking for an awesome community with lots to do.
