If a resident is at end of stage they move them to that specific building on their campus with hospice care.

I have had my loved one at Parkcliffe for 5 years and it’s the one place I know that he’s taken care of and not just a number in their building. The staff is always helpful and go out of their way and the buildings are kept clean and neat.

I am guardian for over 240 individuals. Many of them reside in care facilities. Parkcliffe is currently taking care of thirteen. They do an excellent job of providing a safe, caring, and compassionate environment. I highly recommend their facilities.

My mom's partner of 34 years has been a resident for Memory Care for 4 months. My mom was caring for him the past 4 years and it was getting too challenging for her to continue caring for him. It started to affect her physical and mental health. We are so grateful that he now has a clean and safe place to live. The caretakers that are in House #5 are outstanding and that gives our family peace of mind. He is fed well, and the caretakers are kind and work hard to make sure he is safe and secure. My mom visits there often and is treat well by the staff. I get calls if there if are any problems with his care or if he is having trouble. I appreciate that service, because there is no need to make my mom upset or worried. We are grateful for Parkcliff and their staff.

My sister in law has been at Parkcliff Community for at lease 8 years and we have been so very thankful for the care she has been given. I cannot thank the staff enough for being so good and thoughtful of her and her needs. I would highly recommend Parkcliff to anyone who needs memory care for a family member.

I transferred my parent to a different facility after they were here for a few months. This community was unsatisfactory in every way: very few activities, mostly frozen food cooking, and lack of individualized attention.

Most of the people we've worked with have been extremely friendly. They seem like they really do care and they do their best. They do good work in a tough situation. They call often, even for minor incidents. They keep me informed, and I appreciate that notification. I think that their communal model is a good idea for residents with dementia so that they're not just isolated in their rooms. There are places we looked at that are a lot more expensive, but I think you get a lot for the money at Parkcliffe. Other places that were thousands more offered very similar things. It really is a great value. Keep in mind with memory care, unless you're wealthy, the fancy finishes are not nearly as important as the care they're providing. Parkcliffe may not be a Cadillac - it's not brand new, but the frills are more for the family than the resident in a memory care facility. One thing I really appreciate is their balance in trying to provide an opportunity to visit with your loved one as well as protect the health of everyone in the community during Covid. That's not an easy thing.

The community was nice but it had stairs and that would n't have been a good fit for my aunt who is in a wheelchair. The staff was friendly and helpful. The community appeared clean and well taken care of. It just didn't seem suited for my aunts care level needs.

Loved one has only been there a month. We are all still adjusting.

They are a very good community. My husband is comfortable and doing very good with their care. The staff are wonderful and handle anything that comes up with him. He has been participating in some activities that they have available.

My husband has been a resident at Parkcliffe Alzheimer's Community for six weeks. It is the perfect place for him. The staff is caring and helpful and include me in their decisions on his care. It is a homelike setting with a kitchen, sitting areas, and private bedrooms. The staff accepts a resident where they are and work with them to keep them safe and comfortable. The person in charge of admissions is very thorough and helpful in answering any questions and making sure that the setting is appropriate for the individual. I feel very comfortable know that my husband is in this excellent facility.

Family atmosphere with stimulating activities, home cooked meals and comfortable furnishings. I visited my Grandmother over the weekend and I continue to be impressed with this facility. The staff member was peeling potatoes and a couple of the residents were talking with her as if they were helping cook dinner. It was great to see the interaction. My Grandmother tells me she likes her new home much better than her old one. Even though she lived in her old house for 50 years. That makes us feel wonderful that we chose to move her into Parkcliffe.

My mother-in-law has been there for about 6 weeks and we are so happy with the care she is receiving. The staff is phenomenal!

He was only there for 12 days before he broke his leg. I can't give a lot of feedback on the care services or the activities. They do offer activities but he could not participate in any of them.

We recently moved my father from another care facility and are totally wowed by the superior care he is receiving at Parkcliffe. The staff is EXCELLENT and they truly care about their patients. Its about people and you will not find a more dedicated staff than the caregivers at Parkcliffe We have been totally pleased from the registration process through the daily care my dad has been receiving.
