Our loved one is a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Ocala. We have been very pleased. We are now confident that our questions and ideas are followed up in a timely and caring manner! Every department has been helpful and provides good communication, including nursing, front desk, maintenance and [name removed], our initial point of contact. There is a good team approach. Open to feedback, if something comes up. Our family member gets frustrated with the tv and remote control and they have been supportive multiple times per day. They even took the initiative to lead the process to apply for Veteran's benefits to save money. Pacifica provides us with a peace of mind that the previous facility did not. Both my mom and I are extremely pleased with her move. The staff is wonderful and always greets you with a ready smile. After a recent telephone conversation with his grandmother my son called me to say that he couldn't believe the change in attitude she's had since moving to Pacifica.

Quality of the care services would be a five out of five, but the confidence within the care services would be a one out of five. We were told our loved one was a good candidate for the community, but once we arrived they said he was not a good candidate.

My mom has moved to Pacifica. We have had to relocate her quickly. We had seen Pacifica during our initial investigation of ALF's 2 years ago. Now that this decision had to be made we didn't hesitate to revisit Pacifica and [name removed] has been our guiding light through this difficult process. Because of her we are assured we have made the right decision. We are so thankful for her kindness and caring.
