Brookdale Canopy Oaks

Highly discourage anyone to put their trust in this facility! Their number concern is getting your money NOT the care and wellbeing of your loved one. I also got cheated out of [fee removed]. Their top priority is filling the vacancies and the quality of care, cleanliness, and meals fall into the low priority category.

Everyone, even though short handed, tries to make my Mom happy. They have Bingo and card games and that keeps her active and has the social interaction with others. A lot of the people who work there like their jobs which the residents see and appreciate.

I visited Brookdale 2 timrd during the weekend and was not disappointed. I have worked at an ALF and know what to expect. [name removed] was very accommodating. The second day I brought my parents for their acceptance and waiting to hear from [name removed] and hopeful transition. Thank you

What we like most about the Brookdale Canopy Oaks is that it is a smaller community. Everyone there knows each other and the administration is quick to take care of any issues, etc. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Brookdale Canopy to other families.

Very good, dedicated staff. Administrative level is very responsive to any problems. Would like to see more activities, especially simple crafts. Please try to keep yearly increases more affordable. I would highly recommend this facility.

Brookdale at Canopy Oaks staff are so friendly and caring every time we come in to visit, which is almost daily. Staff are so accommodating even when mom calls wanting us to come see her at 2am.

During my 5 years of residence, I have been quit pleased with my tour experience. We have gone from a pre-covid existence through extreme covid times and after covid. Through all of this, our staff and associates have performed effectively.

Since I have been here it's been a very nice place to live. All the staff have been wonderful and very good and nice. All the staff - which includes all the overall staff.

I could not be any happier. I love it here. Help is very caring. I care a lot for all the work they do and d it well.

She was looking for a smaller, homey community where she could really get to know people and that is what Brookdale was, they were excellent here. It was clean, tidy, and the room was suitable. They had an enclosed courtyard and she could access it anytime she wanted which was a major plus. The staff were extremely accommodating and understanding with our situation. They knew all of their stuff and were quick with their response time. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

Brookdale is awesome! although they could benefit from having more staff; the staff that are here are very cooperative and very helpful. you do receive a good value for your money. I honestly feel comfortable having my loved one here, I feel like she's safe at this community and that's the best part.

The facility needs a strong new management team, the last management was awful and have wreaked havoc, they just resigned. The nurses and assistants have been great. We have had big issues with the billing and the monthly amount going up. Overall it has been a bad experience for my father and I, very stressful. It is not Brookdales fault, it was just who was in charge. I would tell others to wait to put your loved one here until September or October when the others take over.

Great tour of a welcoming, beautiful and clean facility. Executive Director was very informative and showed all common areas and rooms. The staff and residents I saw were friendly and happy.

Moved mom out after about 6 months. Management was terrible and workers were unsupervised. Lord only knows where all the meds are going.
