Pacifica Senior Living Forest Trace

I would recommend it, my dad was happy there. He wasn't there long and I'm not sure of much knowledge other than that. They have a gym and pool, along with functions and entertainment at night. My father wasn't going to any of the planned activities. He did go to some of the lectures, I think her attended. I was really hoping he would meet some peers, he was spending a lot of time by himself. He was coming to the end of his life.

The appearance is excellent. It is a private gated community with a large lake. It's a scenic area, heavily landscape, and it's a tropical forest. When the food was served in the dining room it was exceptional, since the pandemic it is served in the room and it is terrible. My apartment has a very nice patio with a phenomenal view of the parking lot (being very sarcastic). During the course of this pandemic, we have had no cases of the virus at our community. The staff have been super conservative and overly protective of its resident. This community has the potential to be the number one senior living in south Florida.

I live in AL where I feel safe and comfortable. The staff still smiles and come in every day to see me.

I want to thank [name removed] and her team for making my life here at Forest Trace so comfortable. Her dealing with my health issues makes me feel like home. It is always a pleasure working with [name removed] and her staff.

If anybody can keep a tight ship, scrupulous, and disciplined with attention to detail, — it is a director of Resident Services [name removed], nothing escapes her watchful eye, works well under pressure, organized, still smiles and her staff adores her! Keep it up [name removed]!

Thank you for taking care of me through this coronavirus outbreak.

We have been protected at every level such diligent and caring folks!!! Thank you assisted living.

Now that [name removed] is running things here in my living abode, he has made me feel truly comfortable. His writing messages and now his television programs really make it feel like home. I see him checking on how thing are going all over our place and he has made me feel so much more relaxed naturally, this coronavirus with its separation and loss of any "getting together" was difficult to take but [name removed] has stepped up as my leader and made things so much easier to take, and provided the relaxation that "home" should provide. I say thank you [name removed] for working your magic. *and my aide, [name removed] is a big plus.

On behalf of our entire family, we want to express our deepest appreciation for the care and service which you provided to my mother, [name removed], at your facility in Lauderhill. This was the second year of my mother's residence at your facility and at the young old age of 96 she can't wait to come back for another season! Throughout this unimaginable period you demonstrated complete and total professionalism and commitment to her care. You responded to every one of our inquiries and made my mother feel safe and secure while the entire world felt unsafe and insecure. You and your entire team are true champions and heroes for the work you do every day. Again for that we thank you and your wonderful staff. I hope you pass this message along to the senior executives at Pacifica who I'm sure already appreciate the amazing dedication and work that is going on every difficult day! Again thank you [name removed] and your wonderful team so much for the amazing work you are doing!

Our leader [name removed] is doing a great job. The team here works together to keep us safe and happy!

The care here is excellent. Food and staff couldn't be better. And the grounds are exceptionally beautiful.

This is an open letter to [name removed] and his amazing team of employees.. My family realizes the tremendous job you and your staff are doing to keep all your residents safe and healthy. The attention everyone is getting makes me happy and gives me some peace of mind during these extraordinary times.. My dad, [name removed] is also content with the care everyone at Forest Trace is showing, Thanks for keeping all of them safe and healthy.

Excellent care and services. We feel like royalty at Forest Trace.

I am very happy to live in Forest Trace. I feel safe and secure. The employees are very helpful and pleasing and friendly. I enjoy some of the shows and lectures that I go see at times. I made good friends and we call ourselves The Golden Boys. I play competitive trivia on a team that I enjoy very much.

We moved here in November 2017 and have been very pleased. The employees are great and peasant and kind. Food is good. Hope to have many years here.

Dinner was fine. Meatball soup was good. But most important is the excellent care the staff provided. They are there when I need them.

Passover dinner was very nice. But more important is how very special you are treated here.

Thank you for putting so much care into all the services that you provide. And the salmon was excellent as always!

Very pleased to be living here. Excellent care and services are provided here at Forest Trace.
