Pacifica Senior Living Bonita

This facility was great. It’s a little smaller than others I’ve toured, which I like. [name removed] was an excellent your host and was very informative. The living environment for residents appears to be warm friendly and caring. The options for shared housing also make it more affordable my mom’s situation. I would strongly consider this one but it’s a little bit further away than I need. There is another site closer to my home that I would like to check out.

It is a great community for elderly as long as they can take care of themselves still. The staff are friendly and have good intentions. They have a lack of feedback within billing and management teams to the family and could be improved.

The community is affordable, clean, and safe place for your loved one. There are some delays and things would fall through the cracks, and I had to keep following up. I wish the follow up was better.

It is a friendly and safe community. The cleanliness is amazing here! The staff will collect your trash or take your temperature to check on the residents safety. The community just brought in an outside concert in for the residents, exercise classes, movies, popcorn machine, bingo, and they bring a snack cart around to the residents. There are additional activities available to choose from. The hair salon is back open twice a week. They are pet friendly. The food is based on a schedule due to the pandemic. The dining room is absolutely beautiful.

We chose Atria Bonita because of the location and I really liked the facility, I thought it was going to be a good fit and it was just what we were looking for. The rooms here were very spacious and perfect for what she needed. It was a really good experience, she just ended up needing more care and it got expensive. I would recommend to others who are looking.

For awhile due to the pandemic they activities were limited but they are now starting to bring them back.

We chose Atria Bonita because of the value for what you are getting, it is great. She gets weekly room cleanings, activities, etc. for a pretty reasonable price compared to others places that we looked at around town. I would recommend them to others families looking.

The staff is wonderful. They have given the vaccines to the residents. This is a great community and a super clean community. There is 24 hour protection. They give you a pendant to wear and pull switches in case you need something. This allows the staff to check on you via radios. I would recommend this community to anyone. They check your temperature each day and give random COVID tests. They are cordial and everyone knows your name. Some of the staff have been here for 27 years. All the rooms are open and activities are limited 15 residents due to the pandemic.

This facility charges a diary class rate but is only providing my 94 year old mother with second class care. Many issues. Once the pandemic is over we plan to move mom Find another place for your loved one

One thing that really stood out to us was the cleanliness of the community. From the moment we walked in, the young lady at the front desk where we signed in was a treat. The family members which are closer to the community and who have visited more, have said the care giving staff is commendable. My mother can be defiant at times, but the staff has been very cooperative with her and accommodated for her needs. They also provide a variety of activities and amenities for the residents. one time when we visited, the staff was engaged with the residents in the dining room and another time there was a game of bingo happening in the common area. The activities are top rate and the food is excellent. There seems to be a lot of top notch nutritional food being served to the residents. The staff at Atria Bonita has a lot of patience!

I can only speak of my personal experience, it's been wonderful here. It has taken the strain and stress away from me. I feel that I am being well taken care off and that I am safer living here. There are no more dishes for me to do because they do everything for me now. I feel like they have added a few more years to my life!

Price, value and cordiality makes Atria Bonita the type of Memory Care Facility where my wife fits-in very nicely. The staff is hard-working, friendly and committed to excellence. My wife has been in Atria Bonita about three months now and she is adapting to and understanding the need for her to be in a locked-facility. We visit with her three or more days per week to ensure she is happy and well-taken-care of.

This is a wonderful community. Both of the staff members with whom I interacted were knowledgeable and responsive. It was larger than I would have liked (longer walks for residents to the main areas), but overall a pretty, welcoming, and well run facility.

It was a nice tour. It was a nice community and my uncle liked the other place better. So we didn't pick this one.

I contacted "A Place for Mom" with little hope for help - thinking that they were focused on assisting 'moms'. I was looking for an assisted living situation for my brother-in-law and memory care for his wife. They were currently living apart - he in a one bedroom apartment and she in a memory care resident. [Removed] not only connected me with Villa Bonita, but a very-much-needed VA service for him. Villa Bonita contacted me the same day. [Removed] was accommoding, professional, pleasant, kind and helpful. Villa Bonita is not 'upscale'; but they provide everything you could hope for at an affordable rate. It's updated and clean. The environment is cheerful and up-beat. They worked with us as a team to get him in within a week and his wife shortly after. My brother-in-law is gaining weight, now enjoying 3 delicious meals a day. They're supportive with every detail and with a smile. My husband and I are so grateful for 'A Place for Mom' and Villa Bonita! I highly recommend both. [Removed]

My mom is doing fine and everyone has been helpful since she moved in. The experience gets better and better each day. She is enjoying her meals and even gaining some weight. She has not said anything bad about the meals.

We toured the Villa Bonita Senior Living. It was a nice and clean community. They gave a nice presentation and the staff was very friendly. They could not give shots to residents that are insulin dependent, so we had to choose another community that could meet our care needs.

We have very few complaints about this facility! It is very well maintained, and the staff are sure to be friendly and polite, and to cater to my loved one's needs. Our primary concern, however, is the fact that we are currently paying much more than we had originally agreed upon. Despite this one complaint, this is a nice place!
