Our Home Senior Care

There was frequent turnover of staff, but I think that's common. The place changed ownership, and everything changed, including plan for increase in rent. I found Mom's bathroom pretty dirty a few times, but when I told staff, they were quick to clean it. Items were lost, but again I think that's common. Overall I was as satisfied as possible when one has to put their loved one in a memory care facility.

It seems like mom is getting very good care, staff appears to pay attention and the place is always very clean and tidy. They are also very responsive to any questions or concerns that we may have.

It was an awesome experience, and Our Home Senior Care is a very nice and clean community. The people were so nice, and the food was really good. They have their own chef that makes everything from scratch and you were more then welcomed to invited your families and eat together. They had a few activities going on, the director was really good about encouraging our loved one to get involved in board games like dominoes and watch movies he enjoyed with other residents. They even had a spa day one day. The community has a screened in patio area that our loved one always enjoyed, the backyard is fenced in and quite big. There is a sidewalk to walk around and even if you have to be in a wheel chair it is still big enough and there is a little gazebo. It is only a 12 bed facility so it was very much one on one care. Everybody had their own bedroom and bathroom but the shower room was shared. One shower was normal sized and the other was a big walk in with a tub.

Things are going well

My mom was the third resident to move into Our Home Senior Care. We really appreciated the loving care and family environment that the staff worked to create and maintain. We always felt that we were part of the Our Home Senior Care family as well. My mother loved her caregivers and connected with them. It was the perfect place for my mom because of the small community of residents and the small home feel environment.

My father was a resident there for the last few weeks of his life. We placed him there because we could not give him the proper care he needed. We were very impressed with "Our Home Senior Care, LLC". Everyone was very friendly, caring, happy, and cared about our needs and want as well. Without a doubt one of the best living felicities I have ever been in. It felt like home, it looks like you walk into someones home.

I had to place my mom in a memory care facility, as she was having difficulty caring for herself on a daily basis. And other resources were not available to keep her in her home. I toured Our Home Senior Care, one evening, with Director [name removed]. Before I left, I knew this is where I wanted my mom to be. Our Home is set up like a beautiful home, with individual rooms for all residents living there. The staff are extremely nice, friendly and attentive to residents and families. When I called to chat with my mom while I was at work, , someone always answered the phone so we could chat. They have Chef’s that prepare exceptional meals for the residents. Updates are given when you call or stop by to visit. Activities are provided if residents want to participate. I can’t say enough great things about Our Home Senior Care. Highly recommend them. Final note, I did lose my mom to her illness, she was provided dignity and love during this time. As was our family.

Definitely a home with consideration of high level of care. Everything furnished within the price and no increases.

I toured this community with my sister a couple weeks ago for my father. This home is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are nice size and nicely decorated and even furnished with new beds and TV something you don't usually find at other communities. The manager was extremely helpful in our questions and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. If Dad didn't need Dialysis everyday, this would be perfect for him. Definitely consider this home for future help when he is off dialysis. Highly recommend!

New and clean. Nice residential location. Beautiful inside and out with walking trail and gazebo. Well decorated rooms.
