We got to tour Oakwood in person, and it was a beautiful facility. It was brand new and just really nice and bright. We met staff members from all throughout the organization, and for the most part they were great - from the sales director, to the dining staff, to the maintenance guy, to the aides (I believe they call them personal care assistants there). They were all very nice and freindly. There was just one person who I thought was not as friendly as she could have been. That was the nurse. I just wish Oakwood would have been able to provide the level of care my loved one needed.
