The staff came in to introduce themselves to my Dad and all of us...nurses, CNAs, maintenance, activities, dietary, housekeeping... everyone! All of them were kind and welcoming. The staff responds to requests quickly. The meal selections are gourmet! They have a wonderful activity staff with a nice variety offered.

Welcoming and caring for our residents is our top priority, and it's heartwarming to know that your dad and your family felt so warmly welcomed by our entire team. Thank you for sharing your experience as it means the world to us to know we're making a difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
The building is poorly constructed and therefore extremely noisy. Residents are not respectful of their neighbors and slamming doors that make walls shake are sadly not uncommon. Walls are so thin that voices, tv sound and even telephone ringing can be heard. Apartment entrance doors have 2 inch gaps that allow hallway noise to enter the apartments and seem to help make doors get out of alignment making them hard to close and lock. People walking around in the upper apartments is enough to make the ceiling fixtures in the apartments below shake and rattle. The is a 24/7 problem and management does nothing to address it. Common area and hallway carpets are threadbare and seamed with electrical/packing tape. Group activities are largely card games. If you move here - be prepared to pay top dollar for bottom quality.

We have not had this complaint before, and would like to know where in the community you experience this so that my team can look into your concern. We will even discuss this concern at resident council and put out reminders to each unit to remind each other to be extra carefully of noise with having neighbors. I want every resident to have a five-star experience at ManorPointe and we are committed to making that come to fruition for your friend or family member. My grandma has been living here for a couple of years now. From what she tells me, she loves the community. I personally love that there are lots of activities for her to do to keep her occupied. The staff I've come across has always been more than helpful and polite. Thank you for all you do.

When mom was unable to live alone, we started searching for a community for her to move to. We spoke on the phone and were impressed enough to make an in person visit. The tour was very informative, and all the questions we had were handled by the knowledgeable staff. We never felt hurried or pressured at all. Mom absolutely loves her new place and has made many new friends, residents and staff alike! There are lots of fun activities for her to participate in. We’re just so happy that we found Meadowmere. We feel confident that she is in a safe and caring environment.

When the employees make your loved one feel at home it makes it feel natural for me to feel at home . Moving a family member can be a very emotional time. Sometimes you doubt your decision. Sometimes you doubt yourself. The staff at Meadowmere understood the emotions and doubt that I felt. They were compassionate and professional during our transition. When the employees and management enjoy their jobs it gave me confidence in the care my loved one received. A difficult time in my life was made bearable by the staff at Meadowmere. I’m glad I chose Meadowmere for the care of my loved one.

My mother has been living at Meadowmere for 8 years. They do a superb job at Meadowmere with the caring, friendly, supportive, and loving staff. Now her sister, my aunt has moved into Meadowmere. Having family with you is truely the best thing. My mom just loves the activities which include bingo, happy hour, exercise, cooking class, etc. It’s a great place to live.and enjoy. Also the special events with include classic car show, luau, Twelve Days of Christmas, New Years, etc.

We toured several places for my mom, and she knew this was “the one” right away. They offer a ton of daily and varied activities, and great amenities. Also, her unit is roomy and homey and doesn’t feel institutional like some places tend to. So far my mom is very happy with her choice, so we are too!

We had a great tour of Meadowmere Oak Creek and thought it was a lovely place. All the places we toured were about the same - great amenities, clean, beautiful, really nice. This one was just less affordable for our family.

We toured Meadowmere & Mitchell Manor Oak Creek. They had a large complex of assisted living, which was a bit far away from the retirement/independent living. I thought that was odd. We had a good tour experience, they were very friendly. We chose another community because our main than was location & easy access, and Meadowmere did not have that.

Our residents appreciate that the community offers multiple levels of care so they are able to age in place if their needs change, and they love to walk our paved Meadowmere path with its beautiful pond and abundant wildlife. I would tell others that it has been difficult to know other residents, as they don't have a lot of activities going on currently. The grounds are well maintained with fresh flowers. The community doesn't provide cleaners in the price of rent.

Now that our Lifestyle360 programs have started back up after a brief pause, that will be a great way to get to know many of your neighbors. Weekly cleaning, including a linen change, is included in your rent, and I'll swing by to make sure things were done to your satisfaction.
Since my loved one moved I have had peace of mind knowing he is safe. communication could be better but if it's something I need to know they always reach out and I feel comfortable communicating with them, they make it easy. I would recommend this community to others.

This is our choice. Warm, comfortable, meets all the requirements but what was of most importance is the fact that they have experience with and work with/accept Family Care Wisconsin. That was the tipping point for us. So while the cost is very comparable to other places around month to month, long term, we need a place that works with state LTC. Thank you Meadowmere.
