The overall experience depends on who's on duty. The day staff are wonderful but at nights it takes a little longer to get help. Overall the staff are very attentive. The facility is very clean, that's a positive. I would recommend them.

The staff are all superb, excellent, attentive and caring. They are overworked and my father had to wait awhile for help.

My overall impression? I like the nursing staff, I think they're good. The atmosphere is nice. There was just confusion on my loved one's medication for a bit, but I think that's all straightened out now.

The only good thing is the night shift nurse who helps my mom and the physical therapy.

Overall they have a lot of people who are committed to the residents and their care and medical care. They just don't have enough people here. My mother's medical care is great, they've been wonderful with her medical care. The nurses have been spectacular. The maintenance staff has been wonderful when I need help. The laundry folks and people who clean the room bend over backwards. They'll come in, even on break, to say hi and good morning to my mother.

I love the place, they are wonderful, and are taking great care of my loved one! My sister's mood is great there. She's able to walk by herself sometimes without assistance already. They are wonderful and are taking great care of her.

I think it's very good. I don't have any really serious complaints. I feel satisfied that they're doing the right thing. They are all very friendly.

When my loved one goes to the bathroom, she has to wait for the aide. So, response time could be quicker for her. I would recommend it to a friend, this is the second time we have been here. Sometimes the staff act like they don't want to be there. It could be cleaner. There are not that many meal selections. They don't come up to let me know if she had a bad night.

The pt, aides, and nurses are doing a great job and attending to my loved one's needs. Food arrives cold and it took days to get her diet correct. I have not had too much communication. They communicate with her not me.

We had a few bumps in the beginning when my loved one was transferred from the hospital, some miscommunications about medications. Once we got it settled, it was good. This is his fourth rehabilitation stay at different facilities and out of all them, this one has been the best. His nurses aide is great! Everybody has been very attentive. My sons hygiene is excellent. They are shaving him, and you don't have to sign up for that like other facilities. They just do it. The LPN's are absolutely amazing. It's clean. The halls are clean. They don't have carts or patients left out in the hall. He is younger so he has a bigger appetite than most that are there, and if he does need more to eat, they will accommodate that.

It would have been nice for the family members to get more information in the beginning such as how things work with transportation, especially for doctor appointments. He has just started therapy. It is too early to rate but so far so good. Cleanliness of the facility really depends on the day but they are keeping his room clean. So far the meals have been good. Unless I am looking to ask what is happening they have not really come to me to update me.

My loved one thinks she is in a hotel and having tea with her friends. My mom is very happy and content there. Everyone has been lovely. Their administration and rehab are very sweet and really care. I get a call once a day to tell me how she is doing. They are very patient and kind.

My loved one likes their food and is eating very well. The rehab program is very good. They are always in contact with the family and letting us know if something happens. They are very good but are less around.

From what I've seen, it seems like everything is going good. I like it and it seems nice. My brother thinks it is a very pleasant environment. When I talk to the nurses, it sounds like genuine concern and cares from them. That is a big difference from the other rehabilitation facilities I've had experience with them. The meals are fine.
