This community came highly recommend to us, and we can't say anything other then we are completely impressed. When we first walk through the door someone is always there to greet us, and there is no stich anywhere, no fowl smells like what you could find at other nursing homes. We have built a very good rapport with the director and other office staff. We are working through some insurance plans and they have been very patient with us. The care looked good but the community was not as nice as we wanted it to be. Also the private rooms were very expensive and the shared rooms seemed to be really small. It seemed like it could use some updates but the staff were wonderful and the residents seemed happy.

We were not impressed with Lawndale Manor. The atmosphere was dark and dingy, we were looking for something bright, open, and cheery.
I would recommend this community to others. The community is very good at communicating with family and keeping them updated with any changes
