I have been very pleased with the aides that they have hired to care for the residents. That is what sold me. They have a respect and love for senior adults. There is high turn over on the administration side. My parents don't care of the food. I have been frustrated with the Covid-19 system they have in place. Communication has not been great.

Just wanted to give kudos to several La Fontaine staff members beginning with [name removed], Activities Director. I am a member of a women's organization in Frisco and we love volunteering to assist [name removed] with activities. He is energetic, funny, full of great ideas and clearly has a passion for the residents. The facility's cleaning staff are friendly, helpful and diligent about ensuring that floors, restrooms and other areas where residents will be are spotless. Another employee who also deserves kudos is [name removed]. Not only does she administer medications to the residents and monitor their daily food intake, general well-being and safety, she professionally, honestly and clearly communicates with family members. This lovely lady wears many hats and manages to stay calm, cool and collected. She is professional, kind, compassionate and also an asset to La Fontaine.

This community has been taking good care of my wife. Everyone is nice to her and the staff are attentive and respectful. I have tried the meals and it is good. They have activities available. The other day they were singing church songs and she really enjoyed that.
