We had an amazing experience at Ivy Park at Cerritos. The only thing regrettable was that mom was too sick by the time she got there. She was only there for six weeks. The staff were well trained and supervised. There was almost always enough staff. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough. The food was great -- there were always options. If mom was not feeling well, there was room service or pick up. Communication with the family was good-- my sister was contacted whenever needed. Our family felt welcome to visit. The facility was beautiful. Mom's room was by a garden courtyard. I would definitely recommend Ivy Park Cerritos to others.... Read more

I’d give them a six! It’s a little pricey. IT’s you couldn’t ask for friendlier people. They address you by name! It’s like they’re friends almost. My loved one uses a lot of care needs. They manage medications. They have a med alert and they’re there right away.

Wow! Like a cruise ship...so many activities + amazing menu & 2 dining seatings. Gated rose garden with BBQ area for family or facility activities. Joy is ready to move in! $150/day reiterate care but must reserve WAY ahead of time!
