Words cannot adequately describe the loving, compassionate care provided to my wife. Every employee from housekeeping to maintenance to laundry service to front desk and everyone else is responsive, caring and dedicated. They frequent- by comment that they love their jobs and it shows ! My wife and I are indeed fortunate that she resides there. What a blessing!

Independence Village is a wonderful place to be, the staff are so friendly and makes sure everyone is happy, it's just like home .The food and service is excellent. Housekeeping makes sure everything is crean. Best part is the residents have made a lot of great friends in a short time.

Our family has appreciated the friendliness of the residents and most of the aides that work there. However, my mother is no longer a residents there and she passed away at Easter.

They were very friendly and had a lot of staff engaged with the residents. They seemed personally invested in the welfare of their charges and worked hard to keep them busy. I have already recommended this community..

Variety of activities is great. Staff is wonderful, including life enrichment staff. Dining room is clean and pleasant. Quality of meals is inconsistent. Serving size can be inadequate. Overall, a great place.

So pleased with the caring staff here. Someone is always going the extra mile in looking out for him. I'm thankful to have peace of mind knowing that everyone is in synch with each other and the residents.

Staff is caring and helpful-not hard to find someone when assistance is needed. Food quality okay but has been declining. Variety and number of activities is great-one of the best aspects of life here. Management is flexible and willing to work with families to accomplish what is needed. Food is biggest concern.

almost 2 years ago my husband and I were looking for a place for my parents after my dad's stroke and my mom has dementia. I was busy taking care of my kids, working and taking care of them I was stressed to the max. Having them here at Independence Village safe and happy gives me a little bit of breathing room

My mother-in-law lives in an apartment and we are very happy with her additional care she receives daily. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We think of htem as extended familiy.

We picked this community, because my mom had friends there who loved it. Mom is thriving.We love your place so much. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The culture of your place is wonderful. Not all homes are like yours and we are so happy she is there. It's a fantastic place and couldn't be better. The chef you have at your facility is fantastic! Everything he makes and serves is delicious, thoughtful and nourishing for the age of your people. I know there are more expensive facilities around you, we did look at them, but the culture and feel of your lovely small place can't be matched. I am sure a lot has to do with your wonderful staff and also having lovely people living there, it makes a huge difference.
