All the staff at Wesleyan are so helpful & friendly. They made my Mom feel welcomed even before she moved in with a gift basket sent to her home, nice touch! Carol & Shelley in Marketing were great in helping me with the initial set-up. Marge at the front desk is always smiling & friendly. Carl in maintenance is very responsive & helpful. Nancy in the dining room is diligent in ensuring everyone is seated quickly. The dining room staff are so sweet! The ambassador program is a great idea & helped Mom make new friends quickly. Polly, her ambassador is wonderful & Rachel has been super helpful too. She has 2 neighbors that stop by each night to walk her to dinner & sit with her, she enjoys their company. The food is good too and Sunday brunch is amazing! My Mom enjoys the activities such as Brain Games & Sittercize. It's so convenient having a beauty shop on site and Sonya her hair dresser gives her a hug each time she sees her. Hopefully I haven't missed anyone. Overall Mom is having a great experience!... Our tour here left a lot to be desired and we felt that the most important part to the person giving the tour was the bottom line then when they heard there was also long term insurance involved it really went down hill from there.

Management is horrible. Understaffed, we've had 2 medication mistakes, doctors orders not read or implemented too many times to count. Management just lies and [Removed] customer instead of trying to address the problems.

The skilled nursing facility management very unprofessional and uncaring. Would not recommend.

We were not very satisfied with the care that my mom received here. They were not able to provide the care that I thought mom needed. I felt that they could have watched over mom better. I did like though that they provided transportation for her to go to the doctors.

We had a good tour of this community. Everything went well. The staff was kind, and friendly. Our questions were answered. The community looked nice, everything appeared to be clean, and well-kept. It was a good experience, but unfortunately it wasn't the community for my brother, and his needs.

I have to say we were definitely impressed with the quality of care and expertise that we were given when we were looking for a suitable place for our mom. The staff went over and above to help us with our unique situation and never once acted as if it was a burden. Mom is safe and being taken care of in a place that we know cares about her well being.

They do a wonderful job at Wesleyan Village! The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff seem friendly and professional. I was particularly impressed by the exceptional care offered to my loved one by the CNAs during her stay in their skilled nursing section!

The marketing person was excellent showing us around and explaining all details etc. Everyone at the facility is very professional, helpful and pleasant. It is very pretty and clean. My mother has choices of food not just one choice! They have 3 dining areas to eat. They celebrate resident's birthdays one night per month. They bring in several types of dr.'s so residents do not have to be taken to appointments off site. There are the following: a bank, free laundry room, a beauty shop, a money mate, a small gift shop, physical therapy area, exercise programs, a beautiful courtyard for picnics, wood working shop, arts and crafts room, a huge beautiful library and a small health clinic. It is a small city inside! But the best part is that my mother is happy there!
