Independence Village of Aurora

My father has been a resident for 4 years. Each time I visit I’m reminded of why this was our best choice for him. The staff is caring, respectful and genuinely friendly. They encourage dad to participate in many social activities which is so important. His fellow residents are so fun to talk to. The tasty meals are served in a beautiful room and the entire place is so clean.

I moved here from another community and just walking into the front door the staff is so welcoming. Everyone knows your name and there is always something to do.

I would give it ten stars if I could. I really love it here. It’s ideal for the life I’ve led.

Independence Village of Aurora has proven to be a big step up from the last facility. Not that there was a lot wrong at the last facility, it's just so much better here. Bigger apartment, MUCH better dining and a great attention to up keep and maintenance. On top of that we're saving money. Very satisfied!

Living here is very enjoyable. I really enjoy housekeeping, maintenance and Bingo. The food is great and we have a lot of choices of entrees. I would refer my friends to live here.

Everyone (residents, staff and management) are always so happy here. When I'm having a bad day, they always lift my spirits, my apartment is gorgeous and I have everything I need

I have everything to keep me busy. I love my dining experience in the large, well lit dining room. The people really love me and treat me like family.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. There are a lot of great amenities that are offered and several options on the menu to choose from - I have no complaints.

My father has been a resident for 10 years. He has needed extra care recently and staff are always accommodating. He was able to stay independent with care services provided until just recently when we transferred him to assisted living - I could never have asked for a more caring and loving team for my dad! They are all like a part of my family.

I really like living in this community. i like the big open spaces compared to other communities I visited. The staff member are always friendly and helpful.

I enjoy the food and have no complaints. I really enjoy all the activity options offered. I love my spacious apartment. I wish there was transportation on Sundays for church services.

This community would be just like the rest if it wasn't for the amazing staff and management that work here, Me and my friends here are so happy we have a voice and that management always follow up with us during our monthly meeting I feel very welcome here.

I love the enclosed courtyards with the beautiful landscaping with flowers. I walk the walking path every chance I get. I enjoy the food and with the many options available I can choose what meets my dietary restrictions. The staff are very helpful and meet my needs.

I'm not really interested in activities but usually attend all music programs. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I love living close to my family in Aurora, OH. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly.
