I like Holiday Parkview right away, the minute I walk in to Lobby I liked what I saw. It’s Very pretty, clean , nicely decorated, everyone walking by smiled and said hello. I felt like everyone here is friendly and happy. They gave us a small Tour abound the grounds. The flower pots were big and blooming they were all so beautiful, shrubs were trimmed nice. I thought I like how nice they keep the grounds. I love that there’s a pool, I don’t swim but I love to sit by the pool and get some sun. The food here is pretty good that’s a bid plus! The best thing about the place is being able to see the animals outside their window for my loved one. This was the biggest selling point that I made to my loved one. The food is mostly boxed lunches and not that greatest due to the pandemic.

We look forward to continuing to offer more activities and outings for our residents as we are safely able to do so, as well as to invite our residents back into the dining room. Our goal is to have happy residents and family members so your feedback is important to us.
The community is pretty run down, but the food was good. I would not suggest using the housekeeping service due to issues we have with them. I would recommend it if your loved one is independent but looking for a break from everyday responsibilities.

I would tell others looking that they abide by the current standards by the CDC, yet they try to make sure residents are well taken care of and accounted for. The meals here are great, she always has a great variety to choose from and they are served warm. I would and have recommended.

I would recommend others come to the community and take tour. My neighbors are the best part of the community. We get together to play cards weekly in a group of 4. The food is delivered in a plastic container due to the pandemic. The dining room food was good prior to COVID.

Words do not even come close to expressing the value of Parkview in Allen! Mom (87) was ready to give up! So depressed, until we met the staff (esp. [name removed]) and she treated mom like her own mom! The other staff are amazing too! Wow! This place (for the unbelievable cheap price!) has... apartment, full kitchen, 3 full cooked meals provided, washer/dryer hookups plus laundry mat, swimming pool, maid service...Wow!

This is a beautiful ILF that has a very active community and staff. Well maintained and extremely helpful and friendly staff in ALL departments. [name removed] takes great care of the residents and runs a great team. Special recognition to [name removed] (lead sales) and [name removed] (sales) for the amazing job they do of welcoming interested seniors and being bright shining stars at PVA!!! Great place! Look here first!
