My mom likes it. We picked it because of the location and it was close to my house.

Everything that is listed on the websites is exaggerated. All the features other Assisted living homes have are discontinued. The kitchen closed years ago. The beauty salon is empty. The carpets are stained and the roof leaks. The director is rude and the maintenance just fired a guy that I found out was in prison 10 years for robbery, assault and breaking and entering. He caused a lot of trouble for me , but the director didn't want to hear my side. Now I don't feel safe and hardly ever leave my apartment

The staff is very nice and the facility is very well kept. All the staff members have been good. The Health Aide company provided care 20 hours a week which I am working on having increased. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

The staff is very nice. The grounds and the building need some work. Especially the driveways and parking areas. My mother in law is not a fan of the food, she cooks all of her own meals now.

My experience with the community has been nothing but amazing . The director was very friendly and explained everything making the moving process easy. I picked this community for my dad over the other places because of the affordability, cleanliness, the convenient location, friendly staff, and the senior community activities that are included with his stay.

We toured Hilltop Village during our search for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This facility was terrible. The cleanliness and friendliness were not good. Our tour guide was not good, either. We decided to continue on with our search.
The staff at Hilltop Village is great. The building is a bit old and needs a little work. The size of the apartment is perfect. And the price is good.

This community is good. A little expensive, but worth it. My loved one is happy here. I appreciate having the screened in porch. Maintenance has been very good with requests/repairs. They're very prompt. Housekeeping is offered, but we don't use it. A loved one does the cleaning of the apartment. Communication with the family is excellent. Overall, they're right on point here. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

My loved one loves being here. The apartment is the right size for my loved one. It is large enough to accommodate residents in wheelchairs, and this includes the doorways being large enough. The apartment has a kitchen in it with a fridge. Also, there is a communal laundry center available for the residents to use. The apartments also can include a screened-in front porch. Overall this has been a good experience for us. The community is all on one level for the most part.

Everything has been going great so far with the Hilltop Village community, the staff members are very helpful. For the money it is a very good place to have a senior.
The cleanliness of Hilltop Village community is very good, however there is no security at the community at all which is concerning and around 4pm all of the front desk workers are gone.

A Place for Mom has scored Hilltop Village 8.7 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
