They were very helpful with the move in process by storing things that we had delivered until our move in day. Very accommodating. Communication with the family is great. My dad has been at the Hallmark House for several months and the staff is absolutely wonderful- truly saints on earth. Alzheimer's is such a difficult disease to manage and they go above and beyond to care for the residents while respecting the individual. The facility is designed for memory care with a large center room, where they all gather, surrounded by individual bedrooms. There is a combination of laminate (hardwood looking) floors and carpet. I would prefer all laminate, since some residents are going to have incontinence issues. There are 2 outdoor courtyards which are enclosed for safety. We have visited multiple memory care facilities and there is no where else I would send my dad!

Hallmark has been a very positive move for my family member. Staff seems knowledgeable of how to care for clients. Clients have some ability to move inside and outside which has been important for my mother. Yet she is still safe. We are very happy with Hallmark with no plans to change. I would suggest a little more hands on by staff regarding client hygiene through out the day.

My mother has been a resident of Hallmark House for 18 months. She is truly happy at Hallmark House. The nursing director and nursing staff are attentive and helpful in all aspects of daily care for the residents. The care givers are kind, patient and fun. The residents are able to access caregivers easily. The food is excellent and definitely not mundane. The meals are prepared to meet the dietary needs of each resident. The director is extremely helpful with any needs, questions, or concerns family may have about their loved one. My mom is home with her many friends. I am relieved to know my mom is well cared for, safe and happy.

I moved my mother, suffering from dementia, into Hallmark House just short of a year ago. All the signs had been there and with hundreds of miles between us, I was unable to keep her safe and provide for her well-being. Enter Hallmark House and the wonderful, caring management and staff. Knowing that she has 24/7 care and supervision, and that she is now just 15 minutes away has eased my worries. I have reached out a number of times directly to the caregivers at Hallmark House and they have always responded with loving attention to her. I still worry and struggle with the challenges of this disease, but have increased assurance of her care and peace of mind knowing I can rely on the professionals at Hallmark House.

This is our second experience with a senior living facility and, by far, this is the perfect location! We rest easy at night knowing our loved one is cared for, stimulated and loved by the staff at Hallmark House. The transition period was so flawless and easy that we never even noticed a change, other than positive! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure our loved one’s needs are met on a daily basis.

My mother has only been at Hallmark House for a short time, but I can already highly recommend them. Because of unforeseen circumstances, they let her move in four days earlier than planned, and were very nice about it and extremely accommodating. The employees are all very caring and kind to the residents and take care of all their needs. They have flexible schedules that keep the needs of the residents first. They get to know each person's likes and dislikes and plan their meals accordingly. They are very welcoming to family members and have kept us well informed about my mother's experience there. The facility is spotless and beautiful, and the open concept is great for the residents. All in all, just a great place and glad we found them!
