Upon meeting the staff and the director, everybody was very friendly, reassuring, and helpful. It was very comforting to know that people that specialized in and knew how to deal with dementia were going to be caring for dad. They were incredibly friendly and helpful.

My Mom is very happy here! Grand Palms seems to be doing a great job overall! It's a very very clean facility, the staff are friendly, the food is delicious, and they've got a lot of wonderful programs to keep the residents entertained. I can't say enough about how much she loves it, sometimes we can't even get her to come out to dinner with us, she just asks "Why would I want to leave?"

I am very impressed with this beautiful new facility. All of the staff are very attentive to the residents. They listen to their requests and do their best to accommodate the residents needs and requests. My husband lives there and he has requested and even demanded some things and I have seen how the staff gives him respect inspite of his demeaner. And they do so much for him. The facility is modern and lovely and i like the way it is layed out, accommodating the residents better than all the other facilities I've visited and especially the one my husband was in previously.

We were impressed with this facility in helping a family member...short term stay. It was clean, roomy & designed to secure any/all residents. Our questions were answered by friendly staff, and activities available to all from our perspective. Parking was not an issue, as is the case for many other places.................also that it is one level, no elevators to deal with or "lost" persons, as we have seen beforehand. Meals were good, from the response. Thanks for letting us be involved.

Grand Palms has been AMAZING! I truly cannot say enough about it. It's obvious from stepping through the front door that it is a great place: it is warm, airy, and beautifully decorated. The staff and caregivers are wonderful. They are all smiling, happy people who really seem to love their jobs. They have been extremely helpful with anything my father has needed and have gone out of their way to accommodate his needs. Everything they do is obviously done with extreme care and attentiveness. There is never a shortage of staff either: the caregiver to resident ratio allows for the highest level of care. Residents are kept safe and supervised, but are not watched in an overbearing manner -- their wants and needs come first. The food is great, and the facility is lovely with lots of activities if residents choose to participate. On top of everything else, the value is amazing. I recommend Grand Palms to anyone looking for senior living!
