By Far, hands down…The best facility around! This place is amazing and they give 100% in everything they do with such love and compassion. My Mom moved to Grace Manor over a year ago and it was the best decision we could have ever done for her. The staff is beyond amazing. It doesn’t even feel right calling them “staff” As they are more like family. On the daily they offer a variety of activities to suit the wants and needs of all their residents and they are always hosting events to include the families. We are truly grateful that they welcomed her with Open arms from day one and have loved on her and kept a watchful eye out on her all a while allowing this 92 years young resident to maintain her independence. We appreciate you more than You know! Thanks Grace Manor at Hunters Creek Senior Living You are the best!... Read more

The newly finished independent living facility is absolutely gorgeous. We moved our aunt there a couple of months ago and could not ask for a better place. Not only is the place amazing, they keep an eye out for her, provide meals and lots of activities. Very pleased!

We have had a great overall experience with assisted living at Grace Manor. It's a great facility. Communication between staff and guardian could be better, but the residents are well taken care of.

The price was more, and was not as nice as other places but the people were friendly, and it seemed like a clean community.
Before I came to Grace Manor I toured other places; I feel safe here and I call it my home now. I've made a lot great friends and I know it isn't the newest place, but I feel safe. You can go to other places and pay more, but this was the only place that would let me be independent yet when I did need extra assistance they were there. I feel safer here than I did at my own home and I have a nice view of the park. I don't feel that I'm imposing here, the director just came in and spoke to me to see how I was doing. Although she's busy directing things, she said she hadn't seen me in a while and wanted to see how I was doing. We just had a bout with Covid; I didn't test positive, but we all got our meals delivered to our rooms. We have resident meetings where if there's a problem we can address it with the resident president and secretary and they will take it up with the director. It's my home and as long as I can afford it I'd like to stay here forever. The location and everything is just great for me, and it fits me well. The activities are great here; we went to the strawberry festival and the movies. We play bingo and I play poker every Friday and Saturday night. They have card games, beach days, water play day, and we were supposed to have a boat excursion, but it was cancelled due to the weather. They've brought in entertainment like singers and animals. They had dogs, cats, llamas, and small horses; I love animals. There's a different variety of things, so if one thing doesn't suit you then another activity might. During my tours I asked a few questions - one of which was, "What would happen if there was a hurricane or flood"? Grace Manor had an evacuation plan that they walked me through, and although things can change at least there is a plan in action. I would highly recommend Grace Manor to others.

This was a wonderful community and the staff were wonderful. My loved one wasn't able to be part of the community due to the community thinking they wouldn't be able to care for my loved one due to the health concerns.
This community is great you just have to be careful with the billing. The billing department is not the best and when my loved one left they messed up the end billing and it was not the best situation. I feel like this department should be redone.

Good community, too far from family.
This community is amazing. We were so worried about moving mom in but the staff made all of those worries go away. The staff and atmosphere is amazing, they all adopted my mom like their own. With so many activities to do and the wonderful food its hard to say no!
Based on my tour, the facility looked great. The brief experience I had with the staff was good. They were polite. Everything was clean. It was just too expensive.
I love it here. They provide transportation to my doctor's in Hillsborough County. The menu is coming from corporate is what we have been told. It would be nice to see more control given to the kitchen manager over the menu. The kitchen manager does a great job with making the meals and managing the kitchen.

We chose Grace Manor at Hunter's Creek because of the affordability, it was better than a lot of others we looked at. It was a newer facility that was easier to get into, and also the location was great for us personally. The rooms here are nice size and it is laid out great and they are good quality. I do think they could encourage my dad more to participate in the activities that they have provided. Overall, I would recommend them to others looking.

My mother has been a resident at Grace Manor since when it first opened in May 2019. She is happy there and has come to love the staff as family. The staff is very accommodating and in-tune to her needs and we know they care for her needs at all times. The social interaction and planned activities are fun for her and she loves to participate. The Grace Manor staff has truly been a blessing to mom and to us as well!

Grace Manor at Hunter's Creek was a heaven sent for my 90 year old dad's last 7 months. My Once a Marine Always a Marine was very independent was very outgoing and needed a place to be where he could visit with friends and activities to do. His favorite was the butter bean action. He loved this place. So did I. [name removed] director and [name removed] are amazing doing activities and keeping activities going keeping them safe and happy during this crazy covid. [name removed] the nurse keeps you informed and has a heart of gold. All the staff are super nice, helpful. Great food. Maintenance [name removed] goes above and beyond for the residence. My dad would always tell me how did you find such a perfect place for me to live. Just check out their Facebook pictures. This place was truly a heaven sent for me and my dad. I always knew he was in great care.

A Place for Mom has scored Grace Manor at Hunter's Creek 9.9 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
