The staff is very friendly and will address any of your concerns. I rely so much on their nurse [name removed], she’s an angel. Overall I’m very pleased & have no complaints. The atmosphere is very nice, all the residence seem to be happy.

Overall a very welcoming setting and staff. The rooms were perfect for the residents in terms of size. They kept the place immaculately. It felt like you were walking into a house. I felt welcomed there. They were reasonably priced for the services provided. They responded when I needed them too, unlike others I was trying to work with. It’s also conveniently located.They were available whenever I needed. They definitely cared about my mom and her care. Only point to fix would be ordering of pharmacy when residences are in hospital for extended periods of time and when known they are not returning. They did not use her preferred pharmacy after being requested to and it cost more for a person on limited income.

We apologize for the inconvenience, we always strive to be cost effective in all aspects of resident care, and we will review the practice of the pharmacy on refills. Thank you again for the opportunity of caring for your loved one.
For the short time my Aunt was there it was a great experience. Unfortunately she had to be moved to a nursing home. It's an older facility but it's clean and the staff are very helpful & friendly. They do have activities for the residents. I would recommend it for others. It's helpful if the residents are mobile, can stand, pivot and sit without to much assistance.

Our aunt was at a community down the road, everyday her nurses were leaving, we never saw the same person there for long.. it’s hard with change even harder as we get older. It’s not chandeliers and sparkles but the people, nurses, housekeepers, managers are there, have been there and the residents and staff are happy.

Pleasant experience with very friendly staff. Tour was welcoming and detailed as well. Facility looked very clean and taken care of and the residents I saw looked happy. Would gladly recommend to those in need of an ALF for family!

Cloudberry was the best choice we made for my grandma. It is a convenient location between Sarasota & Orlando, making it easier for family to visit. THe staff has been wonderful, and most importantly, my grandma is very happy.
