Evergreen Manor

One floor and easy for wheelchairs to get around. Everyone was kind and attentive to the residents. Set up like a home, everyone eats in the dining room and there’s a living room for a sense of community. Activities are available for those who like it. Residents can also watch tv in their rooms.

Moving Mom to Evergreen Manor from [name removed] was the best thing. Mom seemed to enjoy being there. It's more of a home like setting. Music was always playing. Chef Carmen prepared delicious meals. Some of the staff have been working there for years (which isn't so common). Mom was clean and dressed daily. The facility was clean as well. If there was something wrong, it was fixed promptly. There's a nice sitting area outside. Mom's laundry had made it back to her room, that wasn't my experience with the other place. They make the holidays festive. I would recommend this place to anyone. The care was fantastic and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They knew how to treat the residents with kindness, compassion and humor. The cost was something we could manage.

Finding the right place for your loved one is one of the hardest things you will ever to do. I looked at and interviewed many assisted livings for my sister. When I spoke to and met with [name removed], I knew this was the place for her. [name removed] and her team are absolutely amazing, I can't say enough good things about them. It's an overwhelming feeling of home! The LOVE that they give, the caring, patience, knowledge and understanding, I couldn't have done this without them. They will be my forever extended family. I would highly recommend [name removed] and her team at Evergreen Manor.

A few years back we had to get help with my dad and I wasn’t sure who to go to. I ended up checking out a bunch of places and found Evergreen Manor to be the best fit. I was taken back at how well this place is run and how clean it is and that all the patients there are clean as well. My dad has been very well cared for and he loves it there. The staff are all very respectful and kind hearted. I am very thankful for everything they have done.

My Aunt lives at Evergreen Manor and is getting grate care! Evergreen is very clean and maintained well. when we come to visit there is always other Family members around visiting and also volunteering with crafts, music and snacks. I highly recommend evergreen as i feel my Family is getting the best care!

My mother-in-law was moved from a very expensive facility to Evergreen Manor. She is at end stage and was not getting the care she needed. This facility has been amazing. The owner has been easy to talk to and always available. The people that work there have been caring and attentive. My mother-in-law is always clean, she is dressed, her hair is fixed. her room is immaculate and her laundry is done daily. She is at end stage so she needs a great deal of care and she is receiving it here. Someone visits her from the family every other day so we are very aware of what is going on. We are so grateful to Kathryn and her wonderful staff for everything they have done for mom and for our family.

This is loving, clean, friendly welcoming facility. All residents are treated like family. My husband has lived there for over a year and I feel a sense of peace knowing that I don’t have to worry about him.

I highly recommend this assisted living facility. Facility owner, office manager, and activity director are all awesome. This is an easy living type atmosphere. Oldies music always playing for elderly residents. Very quiet and peaceful. Food is good. Kitchen staff and CNA'S make each resident feel special as does the owner, manager, and activity director. Activity director does activities suitable for all residents every day in the morning. Even office manager takes time from her busy day to visit with residents. Like family.

This is the third place I took my mom to. It was a disappointment and I'm going to move her again.

Aside from a death in the family, it was perhaps the most traumatic thing we've ever gone through. Take your loved one someplace else. Would not recommend this ALF!

HORRIBLE staff-horrible food! The best thing about the place was getting our loved one out of there!!!
