They are doing well. The staff is very friendly. I had concerns and they addressed them immediately. My loved one is now back to herself. There are several people who take good care of her. She has enjoyed the food. The administrative lady is amazing and all of the nursing staff communicates well. I get communication from them and they have helped with anything out of the norm.... I have been in the dining room and their food looks good and they seem to have a lot of options.

His rehab therapist is excellent. Estrella Oaks Rehabilitation and Care Center is an impeccable place. There was one staff member who was disrespectful, but the rest of them are very friendly.

They were great overall. I think they could have given more information on the medication she was taking.

It took a bit little of navigating and getting through some issues for her to get settled, but things are better now. The meals have improved a lot since the last time she was there.

They do let her pick out her meals. So far, they have been very good with communication. They are very understaffed. My loved had not had a bath until talked to them about it and then they gave her one. They're very friendly and I understand it’s not their fault.

The therapist is really good with letting me know what is happening. My wife does not like the food at all. She says that there is no flavor.

The therapy is pretty good. The nurses are short-handed. They don’t come very quickly when my loved one needs to go to the bathroom. The place is very clean. When I ate there I thought the food was good.

I would recommend them to a friend or family member. We have had a hard time communicating with them because they don't reach out to follow-up.

They have been doing a good job with keeping us updated. Everything is going fine so far. My mother is very, very picky on food, but its fine for her.

They need to be more involved with making sure the nurses and staff are doing what they're supposed to be doing and tending to all of the patients. The food they brought my mom is too hard for her to eat.

I don't see how you are sick and tell someone and they criticize you. Make fun of you and tell other co-workers about it. Especially if it's your boss going around doing this. Something need to be done about bosses criticize people when they are suppose to be there to help. I would like to know what can be done about that. You are suppose to be able to talk to the boss not them spreading you medical treatment or illness. That's against the law.

I liked them very much but have the following reservations: 1. Number of CNAs per resident. They have 2 CNAs for a hall of 32 residents which equates to 16 residents per CNA. This could be very problematic as I have witnessed the level of care with a lower ratio. 2. Concerned that anyone can walk in. Visitors are not required to sign in, show identification or sanitize their hands upon entering the facility.
