When my loved one first came here a few years ago, the staff of this facility were well trained, friendly and compassionate. But this last year, our experience has been totally different. There was a high turn over rate of the nurses and aides and most are not well trained, most of the staff members are not as caring any longer, the food also is not as good. The only good thing was their activities and the surroundings are clean.
