Falcon Ridge Rehabilitation

They have a kind crew and they are very nice to me as well. It is very convenient too. It is the cleanest, brightest and sunniest facility in the area. The cleanliness throughout is through the roof. It is a nice place to hang out with my loved one. They laugh and joke with her. They are totally doing that and it is priceless for me. The rehab looks nicer and fresher than some gyms. All that makes you feel comfortable. I have guilt and it all helps with that. I trust that she is somewhere clean and nice. The day and night staff are both good. When I mentioned when she was admitted that she had not been fed since breakfast the CA brought her food immediately. She was so very sweet. I have no worries. I had a list and they have gone way above and beyond all of it. I appreciate that so much.

The facility is new and clean and we like that.

My loved one was there and it went smoothly for us. He ate everything while he was there but according to him he complained a bit about the meals. He can be difficult to please. I was really on there for the check-in process and that went fine. They did call me when he had an incident which I really appreciated.

The staff is very professional. The nurses have been very attentive to her. Whenever there's an issue, they're very good at taking care of her. The cleanliness has been better than any facility she's been at! She says the food is pretty good! I appreciate them being in constant communication with me.

Overall, our experience was amazing! Communication with the nurses has been great. There is basically one aspect that has fallen short in this area. I have had a really difficult time getting in touch with the lady in the business office. When I met her on the tour she seemed great and really nice but I believe in returning phone calls. I reached out twice and left two messages and still have not heard back. That has been disappointing.

I'm very pleased. I couldn't ask for more. They do a great job taking care of him.

It's been really nice to feel good about where he is and feel comfortable with him there. I can sleep at night and not worry about his care. I think he's happy with them and the therapy. The people we've come across have all been super caring and understanding. The staff is very friendly. The nurses are doing a good job. I feel like they're a little understaffed. It is very clean. He has mentioned that the food doesn't smell good. Communication has been good. They called and I greatly appreciated that.

They were all just fabulous! Those ladies are wonderful! It's clean. They said she was getting the therapy, but I didn't feel like she was getting enough. The meals were very bland, plain, or cold. I never really got any information on her care until she was discharged. It was kind like a summary, but there was nothing while she was there.

We are pleased with the staff care and they have been friendly! The communication could use some improvement.

The staff was very nice and helpful to my husband. They really tried to get there as soon as possible when he needed help. My husband loved the meals. It's comfort cooking and he loves that!

My wife is happy with the staff care and her experience has been good. Her first weekend was hard but ever since then, things have improved. Based on my observations the nursing care has been fine and I am kept in touch with.

My loved one is making progress. The staff has been watching him and taking care of him. The nurses come in and give him his medicines and they are pretty friendly towards us. We've had a couple of meetings already and they let us know what's going. The nursing care could be better on the weekends.

The check-in was great but the staff wasn't as attentive as they should have been to my loved one's needs. They let her sit up in her wheelchair all day and I didn't receive any communication.

The nursing care is excellent and the staff has been very helpful. They called me twice since she has been there. The first day we went there the floors needed to be mopped but it is clean ever since!

That has been excellent and it is so refreshing when you go in there with it being good, clean and in order. The rehab therapists have been very attentive and patient with my loved one. They have been good about keeping us informed. The nurse practitioner has been very good and the head nurse in the rehab therapy wing lets us know that she may need something. From what I have seen the meals have been really good. I have not seen anything on the menu that is not appealing.

The nurses have been great. The rehab therapy services are great. The aides are wonderful. They are more attentive to the patients than the nurses. Communication has been their downfall. There is a lack of communication between doctors, nurses, and family.
